Welcome to this short visualization leading you to your future self.

It's an honor to be sitting with you today and tapping into our higher selves together.

We start our practice by sitting comfortably in our seats,

Perhaps shifting around until you find the most relaxing and supportive position for your body,

Allowing the soles of your feet to make contact with the ground beneath you.

Rest your palms gently in your lap,

Either palms facing upward as a way of calling in opportunities or facing downward if you need more grounding today.

Allowing all parts of the body to be completely held by the chair and the ground beneath you.

Relax,

Slow down your breathing,

Be here now.

Relax,

Slow down your breathing,

Be here now.

Taking two long,

Conscious,

Spacious breaths in your own time.

Now without overthinking it,

Cast your mind ahead into the future 12 months from now.

Maybe it's a hectic time of year or perhaps things are starting to slow down for you.

Visualize yourself there at this point in time in the future.

Where are you?

What do you see around you?

How are you spending your time?

Who are you with?

You feel a sense of pride in what you have accomplished this past year.

You have really had the impact that you had always hoped to have in this world and you could not be more proud of yourself for being so vulnerable and sharing your gifts.

What is it that you are most proud of?

Where do you feel this pride in your body?

Can you feel it in your heart knowing that you are making a difference in this world no matter how big or small that is?

You feel grateful for this present moment where you can reflect on all that you have done and can see clearly the path in which you are headed.

Where are you going?

What is next on the horizon for you?

See it clearly in your mind now.

Know and trust that you're exactly where you need to be on your journey through this beautiful life.

Thank yourself for showing up authentically and being so generous with your gifts which you share graciously with others and taking a few slow conscious breaths and enjoying this moment 12 months from now where you feel love and pride in your heart.

Slowly bring your awareness back into your body.

Noticing your hands on your thighs,

Your back against the chair,

Your breath on your skin.

Noticing how you are feeling without judgment just simply noticing.

Then bringing your awareness back into the room and allowing the eyes to flicker open with a smile.
