Like yesterday I said that we should do everyday,
Three minutes,
Long and deep breathing.
So now I'm here to breathe and to sit up straight and just close our eyes and breathe for three minutes together to come back to our core,
To come back to our best best friend,
Which is our breath.
And to really really feel how it is if you just don't do anything else,
Just breathe.
So let us start and enjoy.
Let's do it.
Slowly slowly bring it a little deeper,
Move your fingers,
Your toes,
Your shoulders and before you open your eyes,
Grasp your body,
Your mind,
What is it you want me to take away from this,
Three minutes closing my eyes,
Breathing and doing nothing,
And when you're ready you open your eyes,
You smile and have a great day,
Thank you,
That's good again tomorrow or any other moment you feel like I need a break,
Sit down,
Close your eyes and breathe and the whole world is different,
More shining,
More bright,
More happy,
