Second day we breathe together, to connect to what is alive within us. During the day at work, being busy you need your focus on the projects you’re working on. But, taking a short break, of just 3 minutes is enough to connect to your inner core. So please, join me today. Close your eyes, put both feet flat on the floor, make sure your spine is straight and just breathe. Please notice how you feel before, during and after these 3 minutes and share your experiences in the comments below.

The other day I said we would do like a 3 minute,

Just close your eyes and breathe.

And it's time for it again.

So let's sit up straight.

Let's move our shoulders a little bit.

Maybe you've been sitting behind your desk or whatever.

And it always gets a little stiff.

Just moving around a little bit.

Then feel your sitting bones on the floor or on the chair.

And just breathe.

Close your eyes.

And I'll see you in 3 minutes.
