Take a nice deep breath in to your belly,

And stick out your tongue on the exhale.

Get out any final wiggles and sillies,

And then start to calm your body into stillness,

Quieting your voice,

Taking five slow deep breaths,

Inhaling through your nose,

Exhaling through your nose,

Inhaling,

Exhaling,

Inhaling,

Exhaling,

Two more breaths in through your nose,

Out through your nose,

In through your nose,

Out through your nose.

I want you to begin thinking about a special moment from your day today.

It's a special moment today that felt good.

Maybe a moment that you felt proud of yourself,
