Lying down,

Releasing the effort of the day,

Eventually closing your eyes and connecting deeply to your breath.

Let the breath flow in and out through the nose,

Smooth and relaxed,

Inhalation and exhalation.

With the inhale bringing in nourishment,

The exhale bringing relaxation.

Continue breathing in this nice smooth and even relaxed way,

Deeply nourishing your nervous system,

Letting your whole body relax and be supported.

Whatever happened today,

Successes,

Struggles,

Moments of joy,

Moments of challenge,

Let them all settle.

You absolutely did enough and you are enough.

So give yourself permission here to slow down,

Feel the stillness around you as you continue to settle.

Knowing and trusting that tomorrow will come on its own time and right now this moment is yours.
