We're allowing the noise to drop.
We're allowing space.
We're allowing our intention to arise and guide us.

Get comfortable.
Find a posture where your spine is erect.
You might be sat on a chair or cushion.
But also,
Be at ease.
There's no need to strain your body.
And when you're ready,
Gently close your eyes.
And bring your attention to your breath.
Let's inhale and exhale three times together.
Equal parts.
Perhaps,
A four second inhale and a four second exhale.
So,
Exhale.
Empty your lungs.
Empty your lungs.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Now,
Bring your attention to your palms,
Hands.
And feel the liveness that is pulsing through your fingers.
Feel the ground beneath you.
Feel the weight of your body on the cushion or chair.
And just feel how you have to do absolutely nothing.
Gravity is doing all the work for you.
Now,
I want you to bring your attention to the area of your heart.
Just focus on this area for a moment.
Imagine the breath going in and out through your heart.
Feel the soft tenderness of your heart.
Your heart that is constantly beating to keep you alive.
Now,
Visualize a magnetic field around you.
The magnetic field is so vast coming from your heart.
And it's all around you.
Hugging you.
Protecting you.
Science calls this magnetic field a magnetocardiogram.
It is the largest biomagnetic signal produced by the body.
A hundred times stronger than the magnetic field produced by the brain.
So it is no surprise that our hearts know before our mind does.
Now,
Let's tune a breath and a heart together.
Tuning into this energy.
Imagine this field all around you.
It's hugging you.
And it's expanding and contracting with your breath.
So when you inhale,
The magnetic field becomes big and expansive.
And when you exhale,
It contracts.
Just ready to expand again.
Now continue on your own.
Breathing in and out of your heart.
Imagining this field expanding and contracting.
Now imagine for a moment that this space is trying to communicate with you.
What would it be saying?
Darling,
I care about you.
Trust this feeling.
You are supported.
Listen to me.
And just feel how your body is receiving those messages.
Feel how this expansive magnetic field is always here.
Always protecting you.
Always communicating truth.
If you just allow it,
Drop in and deeply listen.
Just stay in this space for a little longer.

Between the banks of pain and pleasure,
The river of life flows.
It is only when the mind refuses to flow with life and gets stuck at the banks that it becomes a problem.
Now gently come back to the room.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
