This is a meditation for the creative man.

If you are looking to fulfill your highest soul's destiny,

Maybe you're looking for a union with the infinite consciousness.

Maybe you'd like to find more sustainability in your life.

Maybe there are some creative urges that you would like to explore or perhaps open up even more.

This meditation is for you.

So sit back,

Relax if you can and close your eyes.

And just begin to sink down.

Allow your body to sink down.

As your mind begins to calm down,

See any thoughts flowing in and out of your mind.

Take a big deep inhale here,

Filling your lungs with air.

And as you exhale,

Let out a sigh.

Breathe consciously.

You can lengthen and deepen your breath as you continue to relax.

Bring to mind any of the goals or visions that you have for your life.

It can be creative goals,

Spiritual goals,

Financial goals.

Bring all of them to mind.

Notice any blockages that come up for you as you think about these,

As you meditate on your goals and visions.

And allow these blockages to flow in without trying to resist them or push them away.

Because they're appearing to you right now for a reason.

Maybe you compare yourself to others too much.

Maybe you have a fear of not being good enough.

Maybe you feel like an imposter.

Accept it all without any judgment.

These aren't good or bad,

But they will help you to move forward by acknowledging them here right now.

Accept any kind of childhood trauma.

Accept any physical blockages that you might have.

Maybe you have a hard time believing in yourself and your abilities.

Remember accept without judgment.

These aren't good or bad,

But they will help us to move forward.

Part of being human is going through experiences.

It's not bad to have trauma.

When you hold on to it is when it becomes a problem.

It's when it begins to affect your health and well-being.

So for this moment here just allow yourself to accept it all.

It doesn't mean that you're any worse than anybody else.

Because we all go through these things,

We all have those kinds of thoughts.

We all go through some kind of childhood trauma.

So there's no reason to look down on yourself for any of these.

Let that go.

Let any judgment of yourself go.

Just see these blockages as stones to move you forward on your path.

Real stepping stones to help you move forward.

Begin to think about your ideal self.

What does your ideal self look and feel like?

Maybe it's the version of you that continues to move through any insecurity,

Any doubt,

Any fear.

Doesn't mean that you don't have those things.

It means that you're able to move through them more as your ideal version of yourself.

What are some other traits about this ideal self that you notice?

Maybe you have an open heart and an open mind like a child.

Maybe this ideal version of you is strong,

Present,

Fearless while also having a good sense of humor.

Somebody who is authentic,

Who's able to speak and think clearly,

Who's able to listen and notice others.

What are some other ideal traits that this version of you has?

And what are some ways that you'll be able to move through any blockages being able to embody the ideal version of you?

Maybe it's waking up a few minutes earlier.

Maybe you develop a meditation routine.

Maybe it's just doing something,

Taking action,

Even if it's a small step.

That will help you the most.

Imagine that you will be able to find a path.

No matter what happens with your health,

With your finances,

With any of that stuff,

There will still be a clear path for you to be creative,

For you to embody the ideal version of yourself.

What are some other things that will help you?

Maybe you find a community that supports you.

Maybe there are friendships,

New friendships or old friendships that begin to rekindle.

Maybe you begin to learn ways of improving your financial aspect of life.

Maybe you are able to learn skills that help contribute to this world,

That will help you to accomplish your goals,

Your visions while being that ideal version of yourself.

See yourself right now being able to take steps,

Being able to take action.

To go from where you are now to where you'd like to be.

To be able to accept,

Acknowledge and let go of any of those blockages.

Even if you can't let them go,

Being able to work through them,

With them.

Think and feel into what it would be like to let all those blockages go,

To work with them,

Through them,

Whatever it takes.

And then you begin to start accomplishing those goals.

What does that feel like?

Imagine carrying this feeling with you throughout your day.

Anytime resistance or a blockage comes up,

You're able to acknowledge,

Accept,

Send it to love and then move on.

How would it feel to be living your ideal life?

To embody the ideal version of yourself.

What does that feel like?

You feel into that right now.

Tuning into that feeling will help to draw more into your life.

Begin now to wrap up your meditation.

Push up anything that you need to,

I'll bring you back in just a moment.

Take a deep inhale and a deep exhale.

When you're ready,

Come back to your body.

All of your sensations,

All of your power fully returns to you right now.

You can move,

Stretch your body.

Whenever you're ready,

Open your eyes.
