If you're seated cross-legged bringing your hands to your knees,
Have the palms towards the sky.
Relax the hands,
Feeling that tingling sensation in the hands,
In the palms of the hand.
It's that gentle kiss from Source that gives into your hands what you can,
What your energy is receiving from Source.
Source gives you a lesson when you need,
Lessons when you need them.
When you actualize yourself into the highest possible version of you,
The one that is humble to also receive,
Not to take but you receive,
Which means to stand in your own humanity,
In your own truth,
In a sacred way,
Not in a place of ego,
Which means you need to prove yourself,
You set targets to achieve.
To set targets for the direction is required but it depends from which energetic force the targets are coming from.
When you stand in alignment with your own truth,
You set targets that are beneficial for you as well as for your family,
Your relationship,
Your society,
As well as for the global evolution.
Selfish targets are tied to feelings that have not been resolved.
Maybe there's been feeling of shame,
Inferiority,
Lack,
Running around.
All these feelings create a sensation of doing for approval,
Validation.
That all of that needs to come within,
Once you have that relationship within you so strong,
The questions you ask yourself are different,
The alignment comes through practice.
So overcoming that little drivers of achieving something for the purpose of having,
The purpose of proving,
Purpose of accomplishments of set goals that come from society,
Not from within,
Overcoming that requires practice.
It does not work without repetition,
It's not a belief system that you can wire into the subconscious and then move on and never go back.
It needs practice,
Spiritual aligned practice,
Meditation in order to have a fulfilled life,
Allowing source to fill your vessel and move through you and create the life that you deserve,
That is high vibrating,
Nourishing,
Soul fulfilling,
Nurtured relationship.
That's what the alignment creates.
There's the practice of healing the wounds,
The healing the wounds of the inner child,
Aligning with the divine masculine feminine energies,
Creating that family foundation within,
Between the inner child and the divine feminine masculine energies.

But yet you still,
Even if you have these patterns,
You still need the surrender,
The surrendering into the hands of source.
So feel now your hands,
How they meet with the higher guided source energy,
That energy that can only communicate with you through mirroring what's inside of you in life,
Through embracing your heart,
Through grief and lack,
In order for you to create the connection with source.
Every interaction in life is a relationship,
Is a mirror relationship between you and source.
How much of it have you surrendered and allow source,
Long conditional love to be you,
To move you,
To guide you,
To embrace you.
God needs translators of its energetic force,
It needs the dancers of that energy in the 3d reality.
They cannot come down,
That energy cannot come down unless you surrender to it and start embodying it.
Now relax the breath,
Surrendering into the exhale and see if there's a place in your heart,
In your life,
Where you can resurrender,
Where you surrender the anxiety,
The fear,
Where you release the sense to control the outcome,
Where you stand in reciprocated energy between the humans because you value your own human body and your human vessel in your life,
Where you stand in your ground because you've surrendered to the higher alignment that gives you autonomy,
That gives you boundaries,
That gives you trust within.
Trusting oneself means having the power aligned with your own spirit.
See if you can surrender a little bit more,
The part of your life,
That pillar that you want to control so much.
Life would not be that juicy if it wouldn't be finite,
If it wouldn't be blocked sometimes,
If we wouldn't have to reach into the lower frequencies,
The very difficult challenging times in order to enjoy and love each other and to really experience that deep intimacy where we carry each other into the high vibration,
Carrying each other home means carrying each other into our own highest alignment with source,
With spirit,
With your own soul.
To be able to remember yourself and have others remember their own power,
Their own unique blueprint is a huge,
Huge task and rewarded task that comes from source,
From the unconditional love that you share from the heart.
Having that cleansed heart is such a beauty,
It's such a liberation to allow yourself to unfold to the higher love instead of requesting the love from others,
Trying to get them to get what is missing inside of you from them,
To run around for validation that you lack giving to yourself.
See if there's a feeling that you want to surrender now to universal love,
Maybe it's an understanding that you are universal love,
Unconditional love.
Maybe you want to surrender to blockages,
