The goal of this guided meditation is to identify the fear-based belief that is supporting the anxiousness, develop insight of its purpose, and understand what the feelings of anxiousness need to become an ally. This understanding is a powerful tool that we can use to help us live a more balanced and cohesive life. This meditation is best received when seated or lying down in a comfortable and quiet place.
