Today we send all the love to Kharkiv.

Welcome to Everyday Magic for Ukraine,
Where every week we honor Ukraine and also practice self-care to stay strong as allies.
If this is your first time,
I'm really glad you've joined us.
The only item you need today is very simple.
The only item you need is your heart.
And to begin today,
I invite you to notice if you would like to take a second to connect with your heart.
You might take a breath into your heart space.
You might allow yourself to slow down and become aware of your beating heart.
Perhaps you might like to feel into the emotions that are around and near and in your heart today.
Just saying hello,
Just noticing,
Greeting your heart,
Connecting with your heart.
And if you like,
You can join me in taking a breath.
And today we are in Circle together and we're going to be focusing on Kharkiv.
When you joined us last week,
We imagined walking the streets today in Kharkiv and feeling completely safe.
And today we're going to return to Kharkiv in our hearts.
In fact,
If you've been to Kharkiv,
If you know Kharkiv,
I invite you to bring it to mind.
Maybe picture your favorite street or your favorite place in Kharkiv.
And if you haven't been there or you don't actually have much of a connection yet to the city,
Just imagine where it is on the map.
It's over there in the east.
And just allow yourself to connect on the level of your heart with the city of Kharkiv,
The people of Kharkiv.
And of course,
We are sending our extra love right now because of the recent bombardment,
Well the recent additional bombardment Kharkiv has been going through.
So perhaps we can start by getting very present and getting very centered and grounded.
See if you can find the earth beneath you.
Notice what it feels like to feel down into that earth.
And when you feel nice and grounded in the earth,
Notice that you can connect to Kharkiv through the earth.
So you can drop your energy into the center of the planet where there is all that richness and that support and that solidity.
And you can also connect through the planet to Kharkiv,
Wherever you are in the world.
So notice how you feel about that idea and if that feels good to you,
Experiment with that,
Connecting to Kharkiv through the earth.
And at this point you might be feeling a little more grounded,
A little heavier perhaps,
And hopefully a little more connected to Kharkiv.
And through this grounded connection to Kharkiv,
I invite you to call to the ancient ancestors and the earth herself and add in your love to this mix.
And we're going to ask all of these protective,
Loving,
Grounded,
Centered,
Yummy energies to go to Kharkiv right now.
To surround the area,
To be underneath the buildings,
Connecting with the earth,
So that anybody walking the streets of Kharkiv today feels a little extra love coming up from the earth.
You can just allow this to happen in your imagination.
You might see the earth be a certain color.
Love coming up through the earth under Kharkiv.
And you can imagine it filtering up through the soles of people's shoes,
Up as it is helpful to them and to their bodies,
And up through the buildings,
The monuments,
The rivers and streams and trees,
The streets,
And people living their lives.
Just see this love from the earth filling,
Filling this space so that we are encouraging and visualizing all the love to be with Kharkiv right now.
And it's not just us sending our love,
It's beyond that.
It's us connecting with the earth energy to bring her love to everyone in Kharkiv.
Just see that happening,
Feel that happening,
Feel that earth energy,
That love coming up through the earth,
Stabilizing,
Creating love,
Creating safety,
Creating a container for everything happening in Kharkiv right now.
And then just like always,
I invite you to take a breath and just let go.
Just trust this love to go exactly where it is needed.
And you can gently detach yourself from this picture.
You can pull back any personal need you have to fix things.
I know I have that sometimes,
A need to fix things when I can't fix things.
And that's always a good moment to turn it over and trust.
May we always remember that we do not have to do it alone.
There is so much love in the world and we can guide and request that that go to people and places in need.
May it be so.
