This meditation will be focused on embracing the summer solstice for 2023.

On this day,

It is time to relax,

Rejuvenate your body,

Mind,

And spirit.

It's an exciting time for cleansing.

Cleansing your mind.

When your mind is free,

The way is clear.

And you can make the right choices for yourself as you escape off into the new day,

And the new week,

And the new month.

There's so much around us to explore.

So get ready to take advantage of today,

Of this week,

Of this month.

Cleanse the air with fresh essential oils like peppermint,

Eucalyptus,

Jasmine,

Orange blossom,

Pomegranate,

Grapefruit.

Any type of energetic type of energy you want to bring around,

Essential oils would do the job.

Open up some light.

Open up your windows,

Your blinds,

And let the light shine through.

Light can also give you great energy from the sun.

The moonlight at night can be a great recap to just relax,

Lay back,

Sip some warm tea,

And just breathe.

End the day,

End the night with a nice soft dinner,

Nothing too heavy,

And a nice warm bubble bath.

With some nice candles lit with a nice essential oil,

Gentle smells,

Some warm tea by your side,

Just a nice bubble bath with some great scents.

Also,

As you wake in the morning,

Just think of some nice fresh fruit,

A nice glass of warm water just to help you with your digestion.

Lots of easy ways to enter into the summer solstice.

So come along and enjoy the view,

Enjoy the sounds,

Enjoy you because you are worth it.

You are worthy and you are capable to live your best life.

So,

As we end this meditation,

I want you to just breathe for a few seconds.

Breathe in and breathe out and just relax your mind.

Close your eyes if you would like or keep them open,

But just breathe in and breathe out and stretch your arms up extremely high as if you're touching the clouds.

Stretch,

Stretch,

Stretch and come on down.

Touch your toes and bend your back forward and stretch your body.

Roll your neck from left to right,

From right to left.

You got this.

It's time to take care of yourself,

So don't forget.

As we end this meditation,

Be safe,

Be well,

And be harmonious.
