Welcome to your future self meditation.
Find a comfortable and quiet place where you can relax without interruptions.
Sit or lie down in a position that allows you to be fully at ease and internally aware at the same time.
Now take a slow deep breath in through your nose and on the exhale slowly close down your eyes.
Take another long slow breath in through your nose,
Hold at the top and exhale just as slowly and deeply through your nose.
Let's take two more deep relaxing breaths.
With each breath feel your body becoming more and more relaxed.
Taking another long and slow breath in through your nose,
Hold at the top and a nice long exhale through the nose.
And now one more breath in,
Taking a nice deep breath,
Holding at the top and exhaling all the air from your lungs and allowing the relaxation to enter your body.
The next step on our journey is to let your body relax so your mind can travel.
Now relaxing all the muscles in your forehead,
Relax.
Relaxing all the muscles around your eyes,
Even the tiny muscles around your eyes.
That's it.
Relaxing your jaw muscles and lips now.
Letting this gentle relaxation flow from your face all the way down to your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Chest and back.
Through all your organs and down into your hips,
Moving down into your legs,
All the way into your feet and toes.
Allowing yourself to relax deeper and deeper now.
Now getting a sense of floating gently,
See,
Feel or imagine that a golden light begins streaming down on you and around you,
Just like a golden pillar of light.
This energy is a frequency of love,
Protection and safety.
Maybe you begin to feel a prickling sensation on your skin as the frequencies of this highest expression of love and truth embrace you.
They embrace your whole body,
They embrace every cell within your body.
Deeper and deeper relaxed now,
Protected,
Grounded,
Safe.
You're doing really well.
See,
Feel or imagine standing at the entrance to a forest.
The forest seems ancient and mystical.
You can sense that something special is awaiting you within its healing energy.
You stand at the entrance to a path that leads you into the woods.
As you walk along,
You notice the nature around you,
It looks lush and thick.
You can hear birds singing,
You even hear the sounds of a waterfall in the distance.
Everything seems so vibrant,
Abundant and overflowing.
Take it all in.
As you walk along your path,
After a while you come to a crossroad.
One path is a shortcut that takes you on the most direct path closer and closer to the successful,
Happy,
Fulfilled version of you.
The other is a detour that will take you longer where you may need to repeat lessons and overcome more obstacles.
As you stand here deciding which path to follow along,
You sense into the choice that will bring you the success,
The fulfillment,
The joy,
The abundance you desire in the quickest way.
Think of who you are becoming.
Now intuitively choose the path that is the fastest path to get you there.
There may still be lessons to learn and obstacles to overcome,
But now you are on the fastest path to embodying your successful future self.
As you walk ahead with anticipation,
Joy and curiosity,
Whenever you get to another crossroad you keep choosing the fastest path to the future self that you aspire to be.
Your inner self knows the way.
Trust your intuition as you set one step in front of the other.
With each step you are moving closer and closer to your future self.
That version of you that embodies the potential you want to live.
After a while you notice a figure in the distance.
It is your future self.
That version of you that you aspire to embody.
As you get closer and closer you feel drawn to them as if they were a magnet.
Two poles being pulled together.
There is no other option but to connect.
Being right in front of them now,
You notice that your future self radiates peace,
Confidence,
Satisfaction,
Competence and happiness.
It might even seem as if there is a subtle glow from within them.
They are at peace with their life,
Their accomplishments and they have cracked the code of what success means to them.
It is an easily repetitive formula.
Take a moment to notice what they are wearing,
What their hair looks like,
Their energy and presence.
What expression can you see in their posture and face?
As you greet them warmly,
Notice their presence,
Notice the qualities that make them successful and fulfilled.
Good,
You are doing so well.
Really take in all the information about their vibration,
Energy and frequency that you can.
There is so much wisdom in simply feeling their presence and who they represent.
Soak up this energy and let it inform you.
Notice how their frequency resonates within your body.
Now feel free to ask your future self questions.
Maybe you'd like to know what their daily life looks like.
Do they have daily routines that support their well-being and success?
What activities do they engage in?
What kind of people surround them?
What does their private life look like?
What does their professional life look like?
What gives them the most peace and fulfillment?
What successes did they find most fulfilling?
Also ask them about the challenges they overcame to reach this point of personal power and success.
How did they navigate obstacles and stay true to their path?
What lessons did they have to learn?
What tips can they give you that will support you on your path to getting there?
What is the biggest lesson they learned that you can benefit from knowing right now?
Absorb their wisdom and insights.
Finally ask your future self for one piece of advice that you can implement right now to start aligning with your future success.
Listen carefully as they answer through words,
Energy or you may simply know the answer.
Trust that even if you feel you haven't gotten all the answers right now,
That the answers will find you in your daily life,
That your answers will be given,
That you will be guided.
Well done for now.
Now see,
Feel or visualize you and your future self taking each other's hands.
You are still being drawn together like opposite poles of a magnet.
You're now allowing yourself to melt into your future self.
You are becoming one with your future self.
Feel the confidence,
The joy and the fulfillment of living your best life.
Feel the sense of accomplishment within yourself.
Feel what is truly important to you now that you have achieved your goals.
Now that you're your future self,
Remember yourself achieving your goals,
Celebrating your successes and enjoy the meaningful relationships in your life.
Feel what it is like to have all of this in your life right now and not only as a memory but as a knowing that many more goals will be reached because you know the formula.
You'll have many more successes and many more memories are to be made in your meaningful relationships.
So much accomplished and so much to look forward to.

Your work,
Your home,
Your health,
The meaningful people in your life,
Your happiness.
Allow yourself to fully experience this vision knowing that it is within your reach.
It is yours.

Now imagine a powerful energy in exactly this color descending down into and around your head,
Swirling around you,
