Good evening.

This is end of the day gratitude meditation.

I'm Shima Chaudhry and it is my honor to be here with you,

Guiding you on a deep relaxation journey to let go of your day and tune in to the beautiful vibration of gratitude.

So if you're ready,

Close your eyes.

Lay down or sit back,

Relax.

Start to breathe deeply and slowly.

With each inhale,

Notice how your chest is expanding.

Invite that loving energy to your chest and allow this energy to fill up your heart and exhale fully from your mouth.

Inhale deeply into your heart and exhale fully from your heart and let go.

Notice how you are becoming more and more relaxed.

With each inhalation,

You are becoming more and more relaxed.

Imagine a beautiful golden light shining over your head,

Relaxing your eyes,

Relaxing your face,

Relaxing your neck and your shoulders.

As you breathe deeply and slowly,

Allow this divine energy to go down to your chest.

Relax your chest,

Relax your belly and relax your pelvic area.

With the next inhalation,

Send this loving energy to your arms.

Relax your arms,

Your elbows and your hands.

As you breathe deeply and slowly,

Allow this loving energy to go down to your back,

Relaxing your back and going down to your legs,

Your knees,

Your feet and your toes.

You are completely relaxed now.

Feel how this beautiful,

Loving,

Divine light going down from the bottom of your feet,

Connecting you deeply to Mother Earth,

Feeling safe,

Secure,

Grounded and balanced.

At this very relaxed moment,

Bring your attention to your heart and think about a moment of your day today that you have been very happy or blissful.

What did you experience today that brought this moment of peace or happiness to your heart?

Feel the gratitude in your heart and allow this beautiful feeling of gratitude to become bigger and bigger,

Opening your heart and expanding all over your body this beautiful,

Vibrant energy of gratitude.

It opens your heart and goes beyond your heart.

Take another deep breath into your heart and feel the expansion of your heart energy that is getting bigger and bigger,

Filling up the entire space around you.

Be grateful for this very moment that you are giving yourself a gift of relaxation and gratitude.

With this beautiful,

Grateful feeling in your heart,

Think about three moments in your life for which you remain always grateful.

What are those moments,

Those experiences or events?

Can you recall those memories vividly in your heart and allowing this beautiful,

Joyful vibration of gratitude to take place in your heart?

Bringing a beautiful smile on your face and sending this loving,

Peaceful energy to every single cell in your body,

Activating your body's auto-healing response,

Giving your body chance to recover during your evening dream and relaxation,

And bringing you health,

Joy,

Vitality,

And bliss.

This simple habit of gratitude and closing your day with meditating on gratitude is very transformative and can shift your life in various ways.

So listen to this meditation as often as possible and close your day with gratitude.
