This guided meditation will help you both recharge and relax, it has a soft spoken narration which is performed by Carolyn, the music is produced by Ren with additional water sounds for relaxation and calm. Due to the fact that Ren is a music prducer we are able to aim for absolute clarity when we produce our recordings, we do hope you like them. This meditation is especially for you to take a few moments out of your day.

Recharge and unwind.

Find a comfortable place to either sit or lie down.

I will count to three and as I do I want you to slowly close your eyes.

One,

Two,

Three.

Close your eyes.

Take a big breath in,

Breathe in positivity,

Breathe out.

Negative tension you are holding in your body.

Feel your body relaxing into your space,

Allowing yourself just to relax and be in the present moment.

Feel the calmness in your body,

Listen to the music,

Let it flow through your body.

Your body is a precious gift and needs to be rested.

To recharge and let go.

In your mind I want you to follow my words.

You are walking across the beach.

The sand is warm beneath your feet.

You can see a small boat on a calm sea.

You are calm.

You are peaceful.

You are deserving of this time.

As you step into the water,

The water is refreshing against your feet.

Let me into the small boat.

The boat is secure.

The water is calm and peaceful.

You are calm.

You are peaceful.

You are deserving of this time.

The boat is full of large soft cushions.

They are soft and comforting.

Lay your head on the pillow.

Feel how light it is.

All the tension and the heaviness has gone.

Stillness surrounds you.

Gaze up into the bright blue sky.

The sun is bright,

Warming your body.

How relaxing this is.

Letting the tension flow away.

Stillness surrounds you.

You are calm.

You are peaceful.

You are deserving of this time.

The sound of the lapping waves on the shore,

Like a lullaby.

Gently moving the boat in a peaceful rhythm.

On the boat,

There is a bag of white soft feathers.

These are your thoughts.

If a thought comes into your mind,

Pick up a feather,

Let it fall from your hand into the water.

In your mind,

I want you to say,

I release this thought.

This is my time.

You are calm.

You are peaceful.

You are deserving of this time.

Feel the gentle movement of the boat.

You are so relaxed.

If another thought comes into your mind,

Take a feather.

Place it in the water.

Release the thought.

Observe your body.

Become aware of all the air that surrounds you.

The sound of the water.

Gentle movement of the boat.

Allowing yourself just to be in the present moment.

Listen to the music as it energises your body.

Feel the softness of the pillows.

The warmth of the sun.

The gentle flow of the water.

You are calm.

You are peaceful.

You are deserving of this time.

Take a few moments to listen to the calming music.

Now you are feeling rested,

It is time to journey back.

As you slowly get up,

You are feeling balanced.

Place one foot into the cool water.

Then the other foot.

Find sand underneath your feet.

The breeze flowing calmly around you.

You are peaceful.

You are deserving of this time.

Take a big breath in,

Energising your body.

Breathe out.

Relaxing your body.

When you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes and continue your day.

Feeling calm.

Feeling peaceful.

Feeling contented.

Enjoy your day.
