You can see a small boat on a calm sea.

As you step into the water,
The water is refreshing against your feet.
Let me into the small boat.
The boat is secure.
The water is calm and peaceful.

The boat is full of large soft cushions.
They are soft and comforting.
Lay your head on the pillow.
Feel how light it is.
All the tension and the heaviness has gone.
Stillness surrounds you.

There is a bag of white soft feathers.

Pick up a feather,
Let it fall from your hand into the water.
In your mind,
I want you to say,
