Hello,

If your heart feels heavy right now,

Maybe from a loss,

Maybe from longing,

This moment is for you,

You don't have to hide your sadness here,

You don't have to pretend you are okay,

This meditation is a gentle invitation to feel everything you've been carrying and to slowly release it,

To remember that love is not gone,

It's waiting patiently inside you,

So let us begin this journey not to escape your pain but walk through it and find light on the other side,

You are not alone and you were never alone ever,

This time is your time and this moment is your sacred moment welcoming you,

Find a position that feels deeply comfortable where your spine can be gently erect,

Your shoulders are relaxed and your hands rest softly on your lap or on knees,

Gently close your eyes allowing your awareness to turn inwards,

Take a few slow deep breaths filling your lungs completely and then exhaling fully,

With each breath feel your body settling further into stillness and ease,

Now allow yourself to acknowledge whatever feelings are present within you,

Perhaps you carry the ache of heartbreak,

The silent weight of loneliness or a deep longing for connection and love,

These feelings are valid and in this moment you offer them a gentle space to simply be,

Understand that the ultimate source of peace and beauty is not found outside of you but rather it resides right within your being,

Let us explore this further,

Bring your awareness to the center of your chest to your heart,

Feel the subtle expansion and contraction of this space with each breath you take,

Feel expansion and contraction,

This sacred inner chamber is your most secret and hallowed place for meditation,

Within this heart space gently acknowledge any emotional burdens you carry,

What are the sources of those burdens,

Mental stresses arising from emotional disturbances,

Grief,

Pain of separation,

Anything,

Understand that grief is fundamentally in the mind,

Created in the mind and manifesting when the mind becomes overly attached to transient things or transient connections,

Visualize any happiness,

Any heaviness,

Sadness or unresolved emotions as a dense cloud or a tightly wound knot within your heart,

With each slow deliberate exhale visualize this cloud dissipating and this knot loosening,

Imagine the breath carrying away the tension,

The sorrow and the pain,

You are actively cleansing your mind of negative thoughts and emotions,

Instead of clinging to the causes of your suffering,

Gently shift your focus towards cultivating an expansive feeling of love and goodwill,

Allowing it to flow outwards,

Feel these burdens becoming lighter and less defined,

Now as your heart space feels lighter and more open,

Invite a profound shift,

Envision within this sacred inner chamber a miraculous gem,

A magical stone that represents divine love,

Devotion,

Unwavering devotion,

Feel its radiant pure presence blossoming within you,

This gem is described as an incomparable source of joy and bliss from time immemorial,

So now you possess that gem,

Its luminous presence within you dispels all darkness,

You have this gift within you,

Now connect deeply with the understanding that the true reality of your being is pure cosmic consciousness,

This infinite eternal consciousness is the fountainhead of all love,

Beauty and joy,

Feel its truth resonate,

Shining and illuminating everything around you,

Now allow this divine light to expand from your heart with every inhalation,

Permeating every cell of your being,

Filling you completely with its boundless loving energy,

As this divine presence expands within you,

Dissolves any lingering feeling of loneliness,

Realize that you are never truly alone,

For the divine is present everywhere within you,

Around you,

In all beings and all things,

You are intrinsically connected to this infinite web of existence,

Feel this inherent oneness with this pure consciousness,

This profound realization replaces loneliness with an abiding sense of belonging and deep peace,

Allow your mind to settle into this state,

A state of no mind,

No thinking,

In this profound state your conscious mind functions without the distraction of conflicting thoughts or excessive analysis,

You are aware,

Your mind is present,

Yet the ceaseless chatter quietens,

Allowing the pure consciousness,

Pure awareness of your divine,

Your divine self is shining forth effortlessly,

Feel this within you,

Now with the heart overflowing with this inner love and peace,

Strengthen your resolve to follow this practice everyday,

Recognize that all other spiritual endeavors would succeed only when they rely on the virtues of devotion,

Love and to be truly devoted to the divinity that exists within you,

This path,

This practice you are doing is not dependent on any external support,

It is self-sustaining,

Self-sufficient and it will nourish you with joy and love,

Life will inevitably present its dualities,

Moments of happiness and moments of distress,

Through this profound practice you can patiently endure these changes without being disturbed,

Your connection to this inner wellspring of love will be your constant strength and refuge,

You should now feel empowered by this transformative experience,

As you embrace your own freedom from sorrow and illusion,

You naturally will develop a capacity to extend compassion and support to others,

Remember a person indeed is free and he who frees the rest of the world is divine and you are divine,

You just have to recognize it,

Allow your inner love to radiate outwards,

Touching all beings,

Expanding infinitely,

Gently bring back awareness to your breath,

Feeling the profound peace and boundless love you have cultivated within,

Carry this true source of peace and beauty right inside you into the waking life,

Your waking life,

Knowing it is truly always accessible,

Take a deep fulfilling breath,

Affirming your inherent peace,

Your unbreakable connection to infinite love and your unique precious worth,

And now when you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Allowing the soft light of the room to re-enter your awareness,

Carry this profound sense of peace and love with you as you move through the day,

Knowing that you are whole,

Connected and loved,

Open your eyes,

Welcome back,

Just take a moment to notice how you feel now,

Maybe a little lighter,

Maybe just a little softer,

Even if the pain is still there,

It might be resting more gently in your chest now,

What you have just experienced isn't just emotional,

It's biological,

When you focused on your heart space,

Your brain began to shift,

You were activating parasympathetic nervous system,

Your body's healing state,

And your vagus nerve was helping slow your heart rate and deepen your breath,

Calming anxiety from the inside out,

And when you tapped into love,

Devotion and connection,

Even just through imagination,

Your brain released oxytocin,

The bonding hormone,

That's the one that tells you,

Your nervous system,

You are safe,

You are not alone,

This practice also helps soothe emotional pain by quietening the default mode network,

Part of your brain that overthinks or replays old stories and compares,

By bringing your awareness into the heart,

Into your present,

Into devotion,

Love,

You gave your mind something sacred to hold on to,

You weren't distracting yourself from pain,

You were transcending it,

And here's the most beautiful thing that you did,

The love you are searching for is not gone,

It's not outside of you,

It lives within you,

It always has,

You can return to this place whenever you need to,

The stillness,

This warmth,

This light inside your chest is always there,

Over time,

Through this practice,

The wound will begin to soften,

Not because the past has changed,

But because you have changed,

You remember who you truly are when you do this practice,

And then you carry this feeling with you,

Like a quiet flame in your heart,

Let it warm you through the lonely moments,

Let it remind you that you are not broken,

You are healing,

You are whole,

And above all else,

You are deeply,

Deeply loved.
