So prepare for this meditation,
Coming into a comfortable seated position,
Space where your body can be upright yet relaxed.
Connecting to the ground beneath you.
Taking a few deep breaths here.
Sending our energy to our root.
Allowing that breath to expand into your belly.
Continuing with as many deep breaths as feel supportive for you.
Beginning to receive these sounds.
Noticing the parts of you that are open,
The parts that may feel contracted right now.
And sending some breath to those contractions,
Inviting in greater softening and ease into your being.
As you sit here in your vessel,
Receiving these tones.
Beginning to envision a rose gold light emanating from your heart.
Beginning in this center where there is a rose blossoming within the middle of your chest.
And envisioning it with its fragrance emitting this light as an electromagnetic field that is pulsating and growing.
Slowly moving outwards from your chest in a spiraling motion.
Starting to surround your vessel in this rose gold light.
As this energy swirls and surrounds you,
It begins to form a sphere of this rose gold light surrounding you.
In protection.
A complete shield of energy that has solidified around your aura.
In which you feel a deep sense of ease and comfort.
Relaxation,
Reassurance knowing that you are protected.
That you are held by this beautiful frequency of light.
Further surrounding you now in its full capacity.
With its brightness emanating,
Glowing.
As you feel this egg surrounding you,
You notice a softening within your heart.
Even more tenderness opening within your chest.
Even more ease within your breath.
And as you find this sweet and tender space within yourself,
Within the completeness of your own being without the presence of any other energies here,
You feel whole.
You feel your holiness.
And allow yourself to sink more deeply into that space for a moment receiving this place deeply into your cells,
Your DNA,
This space of completion,
Of enoughness,
The fullness of your being present here now.
And in this space,
There is an even greater light that wants to reach you,
That is beckoning from above.
And as you turn your attention to your crown,
To the sky above you,
You begin to perceive this light.
These shining gold rays that are wanting to reach you,
To shower you in their beautiful love,
In their radiant splendor,
This longing to touch you,
To reach the depths of your being,
Your heart,
To reconnect,
To rekindle.
And as you perceive them,
They begin to descend upon you more and more,
To enter your sphere from this beyond,
This place of immaculate light that begins to descend into your sphere,
Filling it with even more light,
Warmth,
Strength,
Goodness,
Beauty,
Abundance,
Willpower,
Fire.
Noticing the qualities that are emerging for you as this light continues to fill and expand within your sphere,
Receiving these energies with the deepest reverence and gratitude for their visitation upon you on this day.
Noticing what colors may be growing or present for you now in this energetic shift,
Paying attention to any visuals,
Symbols that may want to appear to you within this sphere of light,
Your allies,
Your reminders.
We welcome them into this space.
We thank them for their presence.
Noticing in this space if there is one image or symbol that is greatly speaking to you that wants to be seen as it rises to your vision.
Before your eyes within this sphere,
It floats.
As you bring your attention to it,
It begins to open and to unveil a frequency that is wanting to be encoded within your being,
A new message for your evolution.
Whether or not you know what this message is,
Just being open to receive it allows this frequency,
This space to enter your sphere at this very moment.
Taking it in through a breath,
An inhale,
Expanding it out through your heart,
Allowing it to settle.
Thanking this space for opening up for you today and gently allowing these energies to percolate and to settle,
To settle back into stillness.
Allowing your sphere now,
This rose gold sphere,
To dissolve in whatever way it wishes,
To return.
This coming back into your heart,
Into this blossoming rose,
Perhaps expanding throughout the room,
Throughout the space you're in,
Throughout an even greater and greater radius until it fills the capacity which you wish for it to grow.
Knowing that this sphere is here for you whenever you choose to return.
Slowly coming back to your roots,
To your connection to the earth beneath you.
Taking in another breath,
Releasing with an exhale.
Perhaps letting out sounds if that feels supportive for you.
Moving your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your head.
Allowing yourself to return to this body,
To this embodiment here and now.
Taking yourself for this practice and allowing yourself to take the time to move from this space to your next activity.
