Notice the support of the earth beneath you,
Holding you in safety and love.

Let's bring gentle awareness to your body.
Notice the rise and fall of your breath.
Notice the gentle rhythm of your heart.
Allow your shoulders to drop,
Your jaw to unclench,
Your brow to soften.
If thoughts arise,
Greet them with kindness.
And gently return your attention to your breath.
There's nothing you need to do,
Just be here,
Present and open.
And if it feels right,
Dear ones,
Imagine a warm,
Gentle light above you.
A loving presence,
Like the first rays of morning sun from the ocean's horizon.
This light is the energy of love,
Compassion,
And the divine.
See it softly touching the crown of your head,
Blessing you with warmth and peace.
Let this light slowly travel down,
Caressing your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your cheeks.
The light moves down your neck and shoulders,
Melting away any tension.
Any heaviness.
Allow it to flow down your arms,
Through your chest and heart,
Into your belly,
Your hips,
Your legs,
All the way to your toes.
With each breath,
Feel this light filling you,
Reminding you that you are held by something greater.
A loving energy that is always here for you.
Now,
Dear one,
Turn your attention toward your heart center.
In this sacred space,
Imagine a beautiful flower.
A flower of self-love.
See its unique color,
Its delicate petals,
Its gentle glow.
With every inhale,
Imagine this flower blooming a little more,
Its petals opening,
Reaching toward the light.
With every exhale,
Feel warmth and love radiating from this flower,
Filling your chest,
Your whole being.
It's okay to take your time here.
Notice the details of your flower.
Its color,
Its scent,
Its texture.
How does it look today?
Perhaps it's just beginning to open,
Or maybe it's in full bloom.
There is no right or wrong way for your flower to be.
Let it be as it is,
And offer it your loving acceptance.
And notice that each day as you come back to this meditation,
It might be different,
And that's okay.
And if your mind wanders,
Gently return to your flower.
Let it be a reminder of your own beauty,
Your worth,
Your capacity for love.
Inhaling love,
Exhaling fear.
Inhaling love,
Exhaling fear.
Imagine now,
That with every breath,
The flower draws in light from above,
Transforming it into self-love and compassion that radiates through your entire being.
Feel this loving energy expanding,
Touching every cell,
Every organ,
Every thought,
Every feeling.
And if it feels right,
Silently offer a prayer or blessing to your heart.
You might say,
May I be held in love.
May I be gentle with myself.
May I remember my own sacredness.

I am worthy of love and kindness.
I honor myself exactly as I am.
Each breath nourishes the flower of self-love within me.
