Welcome dear ones to a Flower of Self Love guided meditation.
This is Skye and I will be your guide.
I invite you to find a comfortable seat or lie down,
Allowing your hands to rest gently on your heart or in your lap and if it feels right,
Close your eyes and take three deep breaths,
Inhaling peace,
Exhaling tension,
Inhaling peace,
Exhaling tension,
Inhaling peace,
And exhaling tension.
And now dear ones,
I invite you to imagine roots growing from the base of your spine,
Anchoring you deep into the earth,
Feeling the steady support of the soil beneath you.
With each breath,
Sense stability rising up through your body,
You are held,
You are safe and you belong here.
And I invite you to place a hand on your heart,
Feeling its rhythm,
Your life's quiet song,
Ever so gently whisper to yourself,
I am doing my best,
My imperfections make me human,
I release the need to be perfect.
Imagine these words like water,
Soaking into the seed of self love within you.
And if you are able,
Dear ones,
Picture a circle of warmth around you.
This could be loved ones,
Mentors,
Ancestors,
Plants,
Animals or even a circle of light.
Feel their presence like sunlight on your skin and hear their whispers.
You are not alone,
We believe in you.
Allow this energy to nurture your growing roots.
And now dear ones,
I invite you to imagine a golden light glowing softly in your chest.
This is your inherent worth.
With each breath,
Let it expand and whisper,
I am loved,
Not for what I do,
But for who I am.
I am more than enough,
Exactly as I am.
And feel this truth ripple through your cells.
And now dear ones,
I invite you to visualize a gentle rain falling all around you.
Each drop carries a message.
Growth is possible,
Healing is possible,
Joy is possible.
Let the water sink into your roots,
Dissolving old stories but not enough.
Feel the space opening within you for new beginnings.
And now dear ones,
If you are able,
Picture yourself standing in a sunlit meadow.
Notice the wildflowers,
Each uniquely imperfect yet radiant.
See yourself among them and whisper,
Like these flowers,
I am meant to bloom.
My quirks are my beauty,
My struggles are my strength.
If it feels right,
Imagine a bud in your heart,
Bud of a flower slowly opening.
And with each petal you notice,
Affirm,
I choose compassion over criticism.
I am surrounded by love.
I grow at my own pace.
I am rooted in nature's wisdom.
Allow your flower's light to spill over,
Filling up your body.
The place that you're in until it spills into the whole world,
Touching others without ever dimming your glow.
When you are ready,
I invite you to come back,
Slowly,
Slowly,
Ever so slowly,
Back into this waking existence.
Gently wiggling your fingers and your toes and feeling the earth beneath you.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes,
Allowing this softness to be inside of you.
Remember,
You are the seed,
The soil and the bloom.
Keep tending and keep nourishing your flower of self-love.
