Endless flow from a fresh mountain spring.

Take a deep,

Slow breath in and feel the cool,

Fresh air fill your body,

Ribcage expanding.

And a gentle release on the exhale that allows the body to settle into stillness.

Imagine the scent of moss and pine needles,

The crisp,

Refreshing air gifted to you by the trees themselves.

Taking the sounds of this ancient forest,

Listen for any sounds of life that are sharing this spot with you in this moment.

In your mind's eye,

Follow the trunks of these towering redwoods as they stretch toward the sky.

Feel the ground with your feet and sense roots intertwined beneath the forest floor,

A network of earthly wisdom that reminds us of the timelessness of this moment.

Here,

You are connected to a steady foundation of strength and wisdom.

You belong here.

You are part of the community of living beings that inhabit this beautiful planet.

With every inhale,

Absorb the tranquility of this sacred space,

And with every exhale,
