Hi Namaste this is Sneha Ramji of SnehaRamji.

Com.

This is a guided meditation to meet your guide.

I need you to find a quiet spot where you won't be disturbed.

Okay now I want you to close your eyes and start taking some deep breaths in through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

Really enjoy the art of breathing.

Okay just start to get a rhythm with your breath inhaling and exhaling.

Starting to make the breath deeper and longer.

Now what you're going to do if you can manage is inhale and hold and when I say exhale you're going to exhale.

So take a deep breath in through the nose and hold.

Now exhale through the mouth and again one more time deep inhale through the nose and hold and exhale through the mouth.

Now we're going to bring in your imagination.

If you do struggle to imagine anything just try and bring your attention to the area or put the intention out there.

It will work the same.

So I want you to bring your attention to your feet with your eyes closed.

Now I want you to imagine you have roots like a big oak tree coming from the bottom of your feet deep into the ground deeper still.

Imagine the roots going wider and deeper.

So as this is your imagination the roots go so deep they go to the core of the earth.

In the core of the earth there's a red crystal emanating a bright red light.

Imagine this light gradually travelling up the roots further up until it gets to your feet.

We're going to imagine this light spreading to each one of your toes bringing your attention to your toes.

Relax your toes allowing the light to spread to the rest of the feet through your arches and into your heels.

Relax your heels allowing the light to gently go into the ankles.

Relax the ankles and gently into your calves and into your knees.

Relax the knees and into the thighs.

Relaxing the thighs.

Just allowing it to go into the bottom of your spine.

This is where your root chakra resides.

And you allow this energy to sit as a ball of red energy at the bottom of your spine and allowing some of it to go back down into the thighs,

Into the knees,

Down into the legs and into the feet and back down to the roots.

So you have this continuous loop of beautiful red energy going from the roots into the legs and back down into the roots.

Now that you're grounded we're going to clean your aura and get you to relax the rest of your body.

So I want you to imagine a blue sky with a cloud.

Imagine the cloud parting and a beautiful ray of light hitting the top of your head allowing it to cascade down your body cleaning your aura.

Imagining anything negative in your aura being washed away by this beautiful light.

Now I want you to bring in some more light.

Imagine the light hitting the top of your head and again cascading into your auric field.

This time it's going to form a protective layer around you where negativity can't penetrate.

You can let out positivity and negativity and you can let in positivity.

So you have now a protection of white light around you.

Then you're going to allow some more light from source to hit the top of your head.

Bring your attention to the top of your head.

I want you to relax your head allowing this energy to flow through to your forehead.

Relax your forehead and gently into the ears.

Relax the ears and into the eyes.

Relax the eyes and gently into the cheeks relaxing the cheeks and into the chin.

Relax the chin and into the jaw relaxing your jaw.

Allowing the light to travel to the back of your head.

Relax the back of your head and gently allowing it into your neck.

Relax your neck and into the shoulders.

We carry so much stress on our shoulders.

Let go of all the stress and all of the burdens on your shoulders as you allow the light to go into your arms.

Relaxing your arms and gently into each one of your fingers.

Relax the fingers.

Feeling so,

So relaxed.

Now I want you to bring your attention back to the shoulders.

Now I want you to just check in with your shoulders.

If you've left any stress just let go and then allowing the light into your chest.

Really relax the chest.

Slowly the light will go into your spine and start traveling down your back.

You're just going to start to relax your entire back as the light goes into your lower back.

Relax your lower back and gently into the stomach and relaxing the stomach.

And just gently down to the bottom of your spine into mingling with that red ball that you left earlier.

And then down your legs into the thighs.

Relax the thighs and into the knees.

Relax the knees and down to the calves.

Relaxing the calves and gently into the ankles.

Relax the ankles.

And down to your heels,

To your arches and then down to your toes.

I want you to relax your toes.

Allow the light to spread into the feet,

Into the soles of your feet connecting back to the roots that you formed earlier.

And just allowing yourself to connect to beautiful grounding energy under your feet.

So once we've done this we are ready to work on ourselves and to go and meet our guide.

So we've set the intention that we're going to meet our guide who's here for our highest good,

Who's our teacher.

So I want you to imagine a path.

At the end of the path there's a staircase going down.

And gently you're going to start to go down these stairs.

And with every step you feel more and more relaxed.

And deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And you enter the space somewhere in nature.

It's a beautiful day.

The sun is shining.

You have flowers and butterflies.

So beautiful.

We have set our intention to meet our guide.

So we take some stairs up this time.

And with every step we're getting closer to our highest self and meeting the guide that's been with us for many of our lives and who knows what your purpose is,

What your soul blueprint is.

And with every step your energy becomes higher,

Your vibration rises.

And you enter this beautiful room full of white light.

And in this room there's a bench.

You're going to walk up to the bench and your guide will be there waiting for you.

As you walk up you may see an energy form on the bench.

You may see an ancestor.

Or you may see a human form.

Whatever you see is meant to be there for you.

So I want you to go and take a seat next to your guide.

If you struggle to see anything that's okay.

You're not meant to see your guide today.

You can always do this again.

So you just sit and if there's no one there you're just going to relax and enjoy the music.

If you do see your guide you can actually have a conversation.

You can maybe ask their name.

You may again not get it in this session.

You may ask a question that's been bothering you.

And see if you can hear the answer.

You may even be able to feel the answer.

Or just telepathically know what your guide is trying to tell you.

Now you can ask them one more question.

And again see if you get an answer.

If you get nothing that's okay.

You're not meant to get anything today.

I'll just give you a minute or so just to sit with them.

To kind of feel their energy.

To get to know them.

You're building a relationship with your guide.

As I mentioned if no one is there that's okay.

You can go and repeat this meditation at another time.

Now I want you to thank them.

They're always available to you once you get to know them more and more.

You can always talk to them without the meditation.

But you may need to repeat this a few times.

Thank them for being there for you.

Thank them for turning up today.

Watch them disappear.

And then you take your stairs down to your sacred space.

You make sure you're grounded so you bring your attention to your feet.

Make sure you've got your roots going deeper and wider.

Really feeling connected to Mother Nature.

Feeling good and positive within yourself.

Knowing that you have a team on the other side.

A spirit team that helps you through this life.

Now you go back to your path.

Find your stairs and start climbing.

And with every step you become more aware of yourself.

Bringing yourself back to full consciousness.

Wiggling your toes,

Fingers.

And then you're going to gently open your eyes.

Now I recommend that you do this meditation a few times in the week.

Just to really get to know your guide.

And then you may not have to carry on.

Once you know your guide you can just start to have a conversation with them in your head.

And see what information they give.

Sometimes you may be able to hear them.

Sometimes you may be able to see information as forms of signs.

So maybe on social media.

Maybe you see a program.

You hear a song.

Watch out for all these signs.

This is your guide trying to communicate with you and put you on the right path.

The guide is there to help you fulfil your purpose in this life.

And it's definitely on your team.

This was great. Very calming and supportive. One thing that distracted me was reminding that it’s ok not to see the spirit guide during the ‘meeting space’ and I wonder if that could be shared at the beginning & reminded afterwards? That way the experience feels more flowing & as it should be in the moment? I loved it & will do it again as I feel really good 😌 🙏 x
