I'm Sneha and welcome to this meditation on manifesting your deepest desires.
Meditation can be a wonderful practice and it doesn't matter whether you are a beginner
or a frequent meditator.
Every time you meditate,
It has the power to transform your life.
Before I learned how to meditate daily,
I was restless and I would easily feel overwhelmed.
I thought meditation would not work for me.
But as my body and mind began to relax,
Perhaps for the first time in my life,
I felt a lot
calmer and more centered.
I could handle challenges better and my focus and clarity improved.
Many people try to start a daily meditation practice,
But they never get started because
they think that there are rules to follow or they worry that they might not be doing
it right.
That's where guided meditations help.
So just relax and listen to my voice as I gently guide you through the process.
So let's get started.
Begin by finding a comfortable seated position or lying down.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,
Holding it in for a moment and then exhaling.
Breathe deeply,
Inhaling peace and exhaling any tension.
See any discomfort leave your body with every exhale.
Focus on the rhythm of your breath as you breathe in and breathe out.
Feel your muscles soften and your mind quietening like a gentle lake.
Feel a sense of peace and calm washing over your body,
Starting from your head and flowing
down right to your toes.
Know that you are safe and life supports you.
Continue breathing in and breathing out.
If there are thoughts running in your head,
Allow them to come and pass,
Gently taking
your focus back to your breath.
Now in this state of awareness and quietness,
Ask yourself gently,
What is it that you truly
desire?
Most often we talk about what we don't want,
But now is the time to focus on what is it
that you do want.
Is it a wonderful relationship where you feel loved and cherished?
Or is it a thriving career filled with purpose and fulfillment?
Or perhaps you desire a life of abundance and freedom,
Living in perfect harmony with
your true self.
Just get in touch with your deepest desires.
What is it that you want from life?
This awareness are like seeds which we plant in the fertile soil of our mind.
Breathe into this desire,
Knowing that you have the power to manifest it.
All you need to do is give it your attention and energy.
With each breath,
Feel your desire taking root,
Growing stronger with your belief.
Notice that the seeds you plant now will blossom in due time.
Feel a deep sense of alignment wash over you.
Knowing that you are meant to have what you want.
Know that you are on the right path,
Guided by the universe towards your ultimate happiness.
Now repeat these powerful affirmations after me aloud or quietly in your mind,
Knowing
that each word is true for you.
Let's begin.
I open my heart and mind to receive all that is meant for me.
Life supports me and my path is clear,
Guided by love and light.
I am a powerful creator,
Shaping my reality with every thought and intention.
I love myself,
Therefore I deserve the best that life has to offer.
I release any limiting beliefs that no longer serve me,
Creating space for abundance.
Every day in every way,
My life is getting better and better.
I trust the unfolding of my journey,
Knowing that everything is working out for my highest good.
I am open and receptive to all good.
All is well in my world and so it is.
Breathe in deeply and release any doubt or fears that may hold you back.
Feel yourself surrounded with positive energy,
Guiding you towards the manifestation of your
deepest desires.
Continue breathing for a couple of seconds,
Feeling the peace and the calm.
Now take a deep breath and bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Open your eyes slowly,
Carrying the energy of manifestation within you.
Remember that this meditation is a powerful tool for aligning your thoughts with the energy of manifestation.
Listen to this meditation regularly to align with your inner power of manifestation and
attract your deepest desires into your life because you deserve it.
