A short meditation to reconnect with your inner presence. Even if you have just a few minutes, you can pause, breathe, and linger in the space of yourself. Let this practice be a gentle reminder of where you reside and how it feels to return home to your body, your breath, and your quiet awareness.

And the short meditation is an invitation to remember your true home.

The quiet presence within you that is always here no matter what's happening outside.

So go ahead now and if it feels comfortable you'll close down your eyes and as you close down your eyes there's an opportunity to cross a threshold and to come to the world within and that the inner parts of you can start to soften.

Your skin,

Your muscles,

Even the bones getting heavy and you might even start to notice the ground beneath you,

The way that it holds and supports you completely.

Take a gentle breath in through the nose and let it go with a sigh.

And with every inhale imagine you're drawing awareness inwards and with every exhale can you feel yourself settling deeper into your own being.

Begin to draw your attention to rest right in the center of your heart and you don't have to search for anything,

You're just resting.

You might notice the subtle aliveness,

Hear a hum,

The warmth,

The quiet pulse of life and feel how in this moment you are already whole.

You don't need to go anywhere,

You don't need to fix anything or become someone else.

You are home and you might like to bring a hand on your heart and one to your belly to remind yourself that home is always here.

And together we'll take just two more full breaths in with a long and steady exhale.

And if the timing feels right you can go ahead and start to flicker the eyes open and carrying this sense of home with you into whatever comes next.

Thank you for being here.
