Celestial Higher Timelines

Thank you for joining me on this anchoring of higher timelines meditation.

I'm Sourida Antaria and I look forward to taking you on this journey.

Just begin by settling down in your place,

Whether you're lying or sitting.

Just making yourself comfortable,

Like you would before going off to sleep,

Just feeling your body start to relax and unwind,

Melting just a little.

We're going to begin by focusing on our breath,

So I want you to begin by breathing all the way in and releasing,

Relaxing all the way out,

Feeling the tension just melt out of your body and breathing all the way in,

Inhaling loving awareness,

Exhaling all the way out with each breath,

Relaxing just a little bit more,

Inhaling all the way in,

Feeling centered,

Feeling focused,

Exhaling all the way back out,

That's right,

And breathing all the way in and just beginning to perceive a beautiful,

Brilliant,

White light,

Golden celestial star,

Feeling that energy flow all the way from your crown,

All over your body,

Traveling down,

Down,

Down to the bottom of your feet,

You begin to perceive another white light,

Golden star,

Breathing in,

You notice that this beautiful starlight energy forms a vortex around your body,

Filling your aura with light,

Filling it with magic,

You feel your body start to become lighter and lighter and lighter still,

That's right,

Relaxing,

Feeling your body tingle and melt into awareness of your energy,

Just noticing this beautiful vortex of vibrating light around you,

I want you to notice your frequency,

Your vibration,

Notice what is yours and what is not yours,

What you might have collected along the way,

And we're going to visualize or get a sense or a feeling of a beautiful golden box that has a little post-it top to it and anything that no longer resonates with you or feels like it's part of your vibration,

I just want you to post this,

Just ever so gently sending it on its way into the box,

Feeling a release of energy,

A release of any tension or any stress,

Releasing anything that no longer serves you,

And to see that box transform that energy,

Still noticing this vortex of light around your body between these two celestial stars,

With each release of energy into that box,

I want you to notice how your vibration lifts,

And increases in frequency,

You may even experience a tingliness or a light feeling lifting you,

Whatever it is for you,

Know that this is the beginning of a transformation,

It's happening,

With each breath feeling lighter and lighter and lighter still,

I want you to pop your attention now onto your vibration and frequency,

Knowing that whatever needs to be released has been transformed,

And knowing that your guides and higher self will continue to work in the background,

If there's anything that needs to be further released as you do this transformative shifting process,

So bringing your attention into this vortex tube of light that is surrounding and encasing your beautiful body,

Feeling that vibration and frequency resonate up your spine,

Throughout your chakras,

Your energy field,

Throughout your vagus nerve,

Your pineal,

And crown,

I want you to feel just like a guitar,

That you have a string,

That your vibration and frequency is like a string that you can play,

And I want you to visualize or sense exactly where you are right here,

In the now,

On your current timeline,

How do you feel about your life,

How do you feel about your sense of purpose,

Your mission,

Your direction,

Notice what areas of life come to mind or heart,

What is it that you wish that you could change,

Your body will bring out what it is that you need to work with today,

Just let that gently come to you,

And just notice the frequency,

The energy,

You may even notice that it has a particular color or a shape to it,

Perhaps it even has a sound,

Whatever it is for you,

It's perfect,

Go with your first thought,

Your first awareness,

Just noticing what it is that no longer resonates or if there's anything you wish to change,

And send that into that golden little post-it box to be released,

Perhaps even calling on your guides to help with this process,

If you need further assistance,

Releasing it all now,

That's right,

You're doing a wonderful job,

We're going to start to begin to visualize what these strings feel like,

One and two octaves higher above,

Feel what your energy feels like when you step onto a higher resonance,

And notice what areas of the body these strings resonate with,

Is it in your heart,

Your solar plexus,

Your crown or perhaps even your root chakra,

Notice where these strings are vibrating and calling you into a higher timeline,

A higher potential,

Starting to feel what your energy feels like upgrading,

Shifting one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five steps higher,

How do you feel in your body,

How do you feel in your energy field,

What emotions are you feeling,

What is new for you in this higher vibrational experience,

This alternate timeline reality,

Who are you in this timeline,

Breathe,

Breathe into it with full awareness,

Bringing your attention to your energy centers,

Noticing how uplifted you feel,

Noticing what that version of self is feeling,

Is feeling,

Experiencing,

What are their dominant positive thoughts on this timeline,

How do they feel having shifted into a higher state,

What is their attention and focus on,

What area of life have they upgraded,

I'm going to leave you here for a little bit to get to know this other version of yourself,

To get to really feel into what has changed for them on this higher octave,

What is their mind sight like,

What is their awareness,

What is their vision and outlook for the future,

I'll leave you here for a moment.

Notice your body being imbued with the light of this higher dimension,

This higher timeline,

It may have a color to it or perhaps even a vibration or shape,

Today we're going to push the limits because I know you can,

And we're going to step up even a few more octaves,

We're going to tap into an even higher vibrational frequency version of you,

Notice how they are,

Notice their thoughts,

So to speak in by stepping up on those vibrational strings,

This time we're going to go even higher,

One,

Feeling your frequency raising up,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Becoming lighter and lighter still,

Five,

A deep sense of peace and awareness is within you,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

We're going to land here just for a bit,

Just feeling into this even higher version of you,

This version of you that has overcome obstacles,

I want you to communicate and meet with this version of self,

Asking what they have done,

How they feel in regards to certain subjects that have been on your mind,

What is it that they do differently,

How is it that their mind works and operates,

Asking them for any answers that you seek,

Ask them how they became this version of self,

I'm going to leave you here surrounded by this light and this love just for a moment,

A moment as you communicate with this other version of self,

So just noticing the energy and vibration within and outside of your body,

Feel these beautiful energies integrating into every single cell and essence a part of who you are,

And now we're going to even go further than these vibrational frequencies,

I want you to start to feel and tune in to the energy around you,

Noticing there's a beautiful celestial version of self that vibrates even higher than all of these strings,

Just pop your loving attention towards their energy,

Knowing that they love you unconditionally and that you are them,

They extend a hand to you and often to take you to these higher celestial realms where you know that your soul mission originated from,

Feeling your body flying up,

Up,

Up,

Your awareness becoming clearer and clearer of these heightened celestial realms,

I want you to keep rising up and up and up until you see this beautiful coliseum a beautiful round temple set amongst the celestial heavens,

This other celestial version of self is guiding you there,

Holding your hand,

Rising up with lightness,

You start to come closer to this beautiful temple,

As you enter towards the temple you notice this sparkling energy cleansing and purifying any fears,

Any doubts,

Any old core beliefs or negative programs that have held you back from achieving or having exactly what you want,

Feeling these fall away now as you enter this beautiful temple,

Knowing that you can return to this meditation at any time if there's anything else that you wish to work on,

Entering this temple with the celestial version of self,

You feel this beautiful celestial energy raining down on you from the top of your head,

Spiraling all the way down through your crown chakra,

Your third eye,

Your throat chakra,

Your beautiful heart chakra,

Your solar plexus,

Your sacral chakra and purging and flowing out through your root chakra,

Pushing out anything,

Anything at all within you,

Even on a cellular level that no longer resonates,

That no longer needs to be part of you or part of your experience,

Letting this beautiful celestial energy wash over you,

Feeling it charge,

Uplift and vibrate all of yourselves into a higher space and frequency,

In fact,

It's helping you remember your soul purpose,

Being reunited,

Reconnected with this celestial soul energy,

You remember exactly who you are,

Remembering why it was you journeyed to earth in the first place,

Why it was you chose to come here,

Remembering who you chose to be,

Perhaps even remembering different obstacles and things that you would overcome while you were down here in the earth realm.

I want you now to collect your thoughts that no longer serve you and pop them down through the bottom of the temple,

Sending them into that celestial golden box we talked about right at the beginning,

Feeling any remaining thoughts or negative core beliefs or anything else you no longer need,

Feeling the last of that leave your body,

Leave your mind,

Leave your consciousness,

That's right,

Feeling lighter and lighter still,

Now I want you to connect with the very essence of who you are,

That beautiful soul that chose to come on a mission here,

I want you to connect with their light and feel that,

That beautiful part of you,

That core essence,

And I want you just to breathe and feel that vibrational frequency of that soul essence,

Re-impugn and recode,

Purified and uplifted into your body,

Permeating through every cell,

Permeating through your mind,

Your heart,

Breathing it with every breath,

That connection to your soul essence,

Knowing that you are surrounded,

Protected and uplifted from this day forth,

Remembering who you are,

You are a warrior of light,

A very,

Very special soul that has chosen to come to earth,

You deserve to have a loving awareness of self,

A clarity of mission,

A remembrance of who you are,

Now I want you to concentrate and ask yourself if there's anything that you would need for this mission down here,

On this earth timeline,

What is it that you would need in terms of vibration,

A skill or a gift,

I want you to download this from the celestial temple,

Now everything is freely given,

Freely vibrated into the essence of who you are,

A recoding just like a computer program,

Downloading any skills,

Gifts,

Abilities or talents you have been longing to hold,

I'll leave you for a moment while you do this,

So drawing each of these gifts and skills into your body,

Into your cells,

Into your mindset,

Your consciousness,

Integrating this as a part of you,

You feeling as if this has always been here all along,

I want you to start to focus your breath and breathe this,

Breathe these new belief systems,

This new light,

This new vibrational frequency into every essence,

Every part of who you are,

Noticing beautiful higher frequency guides standing either side of you,

Affirming that it is done,

It is done,

They are so proud of you,

They also radiate so much love,

So much unconditional love towards you,

Filling you up,

Reminding you that you are loved,

You are loved,

You are loved,

Starting to bring your awareness,

Your consciousness back into your physical body,

I want you to slowly thank these beautiful celestial beings and this beautiful celestial version of yourself for taking us on this journey,

For having this awareness,

This experience and we're going to start to make this journey back into the earth realm,

Back into the physical body,

Noticing the vibrational realignment and shifts and changes,

Knowing that this is anchored for you,

It is done,

You are vibrating on such a high level,

You make the right decisions,

The right choices going forward from here that really honor this higher version of self,

This higher timeline,

Knowing that you are bringing back the very essence of knowing and information that you needed all along is returning with you back on this conscious journey into body,

Focusing on your breath,

Noticing yourself coming back in,

Drifting,

Floating,

Noticing it becoming a little bit faster as you draw closer and closer still,

Sensing the magnetic pull of your soul back into the physical body to be anchored here to help in the earth realm,

Knowing that all of this is integrated for you,

You are that very version of self that you desire to be,

You have the state of awareness,

The skills,

The gifts,

The knowledge,

The confidence to move forward into this positive timeline now,
