This is a sacred pause to experience presence in the moment, to breathe with awareness, and to meditate on living life on purpose. I share my own personal poem of affirmation titled "I Will Live." What do I truly and deeply long for in my life? What will bring me the most joy and long-lasting satisfaction? What do I long to leave as my legacy?

Welcome to this sacred pause,

Beloved one.

This is Mary Ann Broussard,

And I am honored to share this time and space with you.

Settle here in a comfortable position and take a few slow,

Deep,

Long breaths.

Breathing in,

Say to yourself,

I am here.

Breathing out,

Say to yourself,

In this moment.

Breathing in,

I am here.

Breathing out,

In this moment.

Breathing in,

I am here.

Breathing out,

In this moment.

Keep going on your own with the breath and the affirmation.

I'll be right here breathing with you.

And we'll slowly let that breath go.

Back in 2018,

Donna Markova's poem titled,

Living Wide Open,

Was spoken into my life.

This golden nugget inspired me to take months digging deeper within my own heart and to ask myself,

What do I truly and deeply long for in my life?

What will bring me the most joy and long-lasting satisfaction?

What do I long to leave as my legacy?

The answers came to me over the span of about four months and I wrote them down as my own life poem.

Perhaps this offering from my heart to yours will inspire you,

Beloved one,

To dig deeper within your own heart and to discover a little more about what you deeply long for in your own life.

The poem is titled,

I Will Live,

And it was written in 2019.

Allow the poem to be your meditation.

I will live a passionately embraced life,

Savoring every day as if it is my first and my last.

I will be graceful and confident,

Believing I am worthy and valuable,

That what I have to offer is more than enough.

I will walk each step with purpose,

Regardless of the circumstances around me or my loved ones.

I will fly and soar the winds,

Courageously persevering through storms,

Doubts,

And fears.

I will define myself by my divine infinite essence,

Rather than the titles assigned to me for a brief moment in time.

I will create a life well lived,

Keeping my heart always open and flowing forth as loving and true.

I will shine vibrantly as radiant joy,

Wholeheartedly experiencing this miraculous gift of life.

In all of these heartfelt intentions,

I will remain mindfully present here and now with me and you,

Trusting boundless love to carry us through.

Take a few more slow,

Deep,

Long breaths.

Breathing in,

I am here,

Breathing out in this moment.

Breathing in,

I am here,

Breathing out in this moment.

Perhaps take a moment here to only ask the questions to yourself without having any expectation for the answers to come.

What do I truly and deeply long for in my life?

What will bring me the most joy and long-lasting satisfaction?

What do I long to leave as my legacy?

There's no need for the answers to come to you in this moment.

Only allow the questions to caress your whole being as a gentle breeze touches your skin.

Offer space,

Awareness,

And grace for the answers to be whispered to you at just the perfect time.

There is no hurry.

Thank you so much for sharing your sacred pause with me.

I hear you.

I see you.

I feel you.

And I honor and respect you with my whole being.

Namaste.
