Find a comfortable seat or if you feel more like lying down then do so.
Make sure you find a position in which you feel very comfortable.
When you're ready close your eyes and let's arrive here by taking a few conscious breaths in and out through your nose.
And then I invite you in your mind to travel to a place where you feel very comfortable,
Very at peace,
Full of harmony,
Full of satisfaction,
Where you are really happy.
This can be a place that you know from your past,
Maybe somewhere you went on holiday,
It can be any fictional place.
And travel there in your mind.
Where are you?
What can you see?
What can you hear?
Maybe there's a certain smell in the air.
Arriving there,
Feel how comfortable you are in this place.
We connect to a sense of peace,
A sense of relaxation.
Knowing that you are exactly where you have to be right now.
Maybe imagine breathing out tension and breathing in feelings of comfort,
Feelings of love.
And then imagine in this place you see a house.
And this house is very beautiful.
It's exactly as you would build your dream house.
And you are naturally attracted to it.
So you walk towards the house,
Put your hand on the door handle and then you open and enter this house and go into a very beautiful cozy room where you feel really comfortable.
And as you look around in that room you see different furniture.
And then in one corner you see a mirror.
You curiously walk towards this mirror.
And the closer you come the better you can see yourself in that mirror.
You walk closer and closer until you stand in front of this mirror.
You can see the reflection of yourself.
You can see how you look,
The type of clothes you're wearing,
The expression on your face.
Then look yourself into the eyes.
And repeat the following phrases to yourself.
May I be happy.
May I be safe.
May I be healthy,
Peaceful and strong.
May I be happy.
May I be safe.
May I be healthy,
Peaceful and strong.
And enjoy for a few moments feelings of warmth,
Of self-compassion.
If you feel your attention is drifting away then gently direct it back to these feelings of loving kindness.
And then gently let go of yourself in the mirror.
You distance yourself,
You walk back into the middle of the room and then you see there's another door.
You walk towards it and then open the door into a second room.
And the second room is even more beautiful than the other one.
It has a lot of pieces of art on the walls that you really like.
Maybe a comfortable carpet.
And you walk into this room and then you see there is a person,
A person who's currently in your life,
Who has already passed away.
A person that you really like or really love.
So pick a person that is now in the room with you.
And then envision this person in front of your eyes fully and start to walk towards this person.
Look this person into their eyes.
Smile and repeat the following phrases to this person.
May you be happy.
May you be safe.
May you be healthy,
Peaceful and strong.
And strong.
While you look at this person who maybe feels very grateful,
Very happy about the words he or she just received from you.
Feel in yourself gratitude for this person.
Feel love for this person.
And stay with this feeling for a few moments.
And then imagine this person,
Your loved one is so happy,
Full of peace in perfect wellness.
And then let go of this person and walk towards the left side of the room where there's another door.
And you open the door,
Enter the third room of this beautiful house.
And here there's a fireplace,
Some cozy couches,
You feel immediately like coming home.
And then you notice that there's a person in this room and you notice maybe a slight shift of energy.
Because this person is someone who you don't really like,
Who you maybe have a conflict with at the moment.
Somebody you really dislike can be a person you know,
You knew or somebody who you don't know but are aware of.
And imagine this person being with you in this room and even though it might feel difficult,
You now decide to also walk towards this person,
Approaching him or her.
And then you look this person into their eyes and you repeat the following phrases.
Also you,
May you be happy.
May you be safe.
May you be healthy,
Peaceful,
And happy.
May you be healthy,
Peaceful,
And strong.
And if it feels right for you,
You can also add,
I forgive you.
Then notice how you might feel a little bit different with the person.
See how this person reacts to the sentences,
The wishes you just expressed.
And then you decide also to leave this person alone and walk towards the last door to the last room.
And you enter the last room and there are screens in this room who show different situations that are currently happening in the world.
There are pictures showing people in Africa,
In Europe,
In America,
In different countries all over the world.
And you close your eyes now,
You are now connected to the entire world.
Every human being on this planet,
Maybe even every animal on this planet.
And then repeat also the phrases to the entire humanity or the entire community of animals and human beings on this planet saying,
May all of you be happy.
May you be safe.
May you be healthy,
Peaceful,
And strong.
And just notice how that makes you feel,
There's a sense of stronger connection you feel.
Maybe you notice also,
Become aware of your responsibility that you make a difference.
The way you interact with others,
The way you think about others.
And that your thoughts are always the first place to start if you want to change something in your life or on this planet.
And you smile to yourself and you see that there's an exit door.
You walk towards this door,
Open it and then you come back outside.
You are back in the place we started,
In this beautiful place where you feel like on holiday.
You feel very peaceful,
Very rested and just stay here for one last minute.
Maybe extending those feelings of loving kindness towards yourself,
Towards people you love,
Towards people that are difficult and towards each and everyone who lives with us on this planet earth.
Remember that you can always come back to this place,
Always shift your focus on loving kindness,
Feelings and thoughts.
You can always come back to this place,

Feelings and thoughts.
And then eventually start to deepen your breath.
Every exhale bring yourself back a little bit more into the present moment,
Leaving your place of choice,
Bringing yourself back into your room,
Feeling your body,
Your clothes,
Touching your skin,
Maybe a special taste you currently have in your mouth.
And then in your own time bring yourself fully back by opening your eyes.
