Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Gently close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And bring your attention to your body and to the sensations within your body as the air travels in through your lungs.
Filling your chest,
Filling your abdomen.
And out again.
Now bring your attention to the centre of your chest,
To the area where your heart is.
And imagine that with each inhale you are breathing in through your heart.
And your breath comes in through the centre of your chest into your body.
Filling your heart,
Filling your heart chakra.
And then imagine as you breathe out that the breath comes down,
Down your spine,
Down the centre of your torso to your solar plexus where your belly button is.
And then the breath travels further down,
Down to your sacral chakra.
To the perineum at the base of your spine.
Your root chakra.
And as you breathe in and out,
I want you to imagine that the air that you are breathing in is circulating up and down.
From your heart down to your solar plexus through your sacral chakra to your perineum.
And then bouncing back up again through your sacral chakra,
Through your solar plexus,
Up back into your heart.
Forming a beautiful rotation of energy,
Circling between the two main chakras of the heart and the base.
But going through the solar plexus and sacral chakra at the same time.
Energising the whole lower torso.
Creating warmth and energy and light.
Lighting up your heart,
Your central chest area.
Feel the tingling sensations of the warmth as the energy travels down into your tummy.
And then down again into your sacral chakra.
And into your base chakra.
Where it bounces back up.
Back up into your sacral chakra,
Into your solar plexus,
Into your tummy area.
Back up into your heart.
A beautiful rhythm of energy and vitality and love flowing between all four chakras.
With each breath,
Inhale new energy in through the heart and send it down to the base chakra and bounce it back up to the heart.
Keep this cycle going for a few more breaths.
Feel the energy circulating and rotating.
From the heart to the solar plexus to the sacral to the base and bouncing back up again.
Observe how the energy feels.
Is it moving fast?
Is it moving slowly?
Does it get stuck anywhere?
Don't try and change anything,
Just observe.
Perhaps any areas where it gets more stuck you can just send a little bit more attention and awareness to those areas.
And a little more love.
Don't try and change it,
Just love what is there.
And now bring the energy from the perineum,
Bouncing it back up through the chakras to the heart and bring your awareness back to your heart.
And imagine a warm glow within your heart as all the energy returns back.
And imagine that energy now radiating outwards in an anti-clockwise spiral.
Slowly spinning out from your heart.
Out further into all areas of your body.
Up your neck,
Up into your brain,
Into your head.
Out through your ears,
Through your eyes,
Through your mouth,
Through your nose.
Up into your shoulders and down your arms and out through your fingertips.
Maybe you can feel it tingling in your fingertips.
And then down your torso,
Down through the hips and through the legs.
Right down into your feet and into your toes.
Rounding into the earth below.
And this energy never stops.
This energy is always renewing itself in through your heart.
With every breath you take there is more and more energy coming in through your body and flowing back out again.
The energy of pure love and pure light.
And now just bring your attention back to your perineum,
Back to the area at the base of your spine.
And bring the energy and the attention there up into your sacral chakra,
Into the seat of your pelvis.
And then bring it up into your solar plexus,
Into your abdomen.
See it spiraling,
See it spinning.
And then bring it up with a deep breath into your heart and release.
Bring your attention back to your breath,
Back to your body,
Back to the physical sensations of how your body feels lying against the surface it's on.
What the temperature of the room is.
You can bring attention to your toes,
To your fingers and give them a little wiggle.
Have a little stretch and when you're ready you can open your eyes.
