Happiness is available to all of us right now in this moment.
By the end of this meditation,
We will have achieved a happy,
Peaceful,
And positive state of mind.
Tell yourself now that you can do that,
That that is possible.

Happiness is a state of mind.
We can choose at any moment to view things as positive and peaceful.
I want you to think right now the words positivity and peacefulness and see what that evokes inside of you.
When we choose to be positive and peaceful,
We realize all the wonders of the world around us.
All of a sudden,
Everything feels safe and secure.
And like the sky's the limit for what we want to do for this world.
Take a deep breath in and out.

As we focus on positivity and peacefulness today,
I invite you to make that your mantra for the rest of this session.
It can be gentle and soft,
Just a light voice ringing in your mind.

When we get into a positive mindset and realize that our happiness is completely dependent on our thoughts,
Which we can control.
We realize that all the struggles and the hardships in this world do not have to affect us.
Deep breath in and out.
Beautiful.
I want to draw your attention to your stomach.
Sometimes we can hold tension there.
Deep breath in and out.
I want you to know that you don't have to do that anymore.
You can release that area and have a beautiful assuredness throughout your entire body.
That you're doing the right thing.
That you are who you are.
And that right now you are meant to be exactly where you are.
Deep breath in and feel it deep down in your stomach.
Breathe into that deepest part of yourself,
Which you know and which you love.
Deep breath in and out.
I'm going to give you a few minutes now to focus on breathing deep into your body and becoming very comfortable and assured of yourself before we move on.
Release anything you need to.
Now coming back.
I want you to just hold the intention of having positivity and peace in your mind.
This is a simple breakthrough,
But such an effective one has completely changed my life as well as others.

When you intentionally choose to make your thoughts positive and peaceful,
All of a sudden you realize the stressors in your everyday life just aren't that big of a deal and are not all that important.
Now to get there,
We're going to do some visualization.
I want you to think of the word peaceful.
Spell it in your mind in front of you.
See what that looks like for you.
What font is it?
What color is it?
Is the air shimmering around it?
Is it blue?
Is it black?
Picture that word and send it love now.
It's easy to love that word because it lights up a beautiful spark and fire inside you.
It makes you excited to be alive.
You're looking to attain that word.
When you see the word peaceful,
It makes you feel bright.
Makes you feel alive.
Keep picturing it.
Deep breath in and out.
Now as you view that word,
Know that it is already inside you.
You have complete ownership of that word,
That trait,
That feeling and that state of being.
Deep breath in and out.
Beautiful.
Know that you can always obtain this state.
Peacefulness is completely inside of you.
Our happiness is chosen by our thoughts and at any moment you can choose to be peaceful.
And you can choose the positive mindset of peacefulness.
Shake out your fingers and toes a little bit.
Let that energy kind of rush through you that you just incorporated and now have complete ownership of inside of you.
Isn't that exciting?
As you integrate that energy,
Just let what comes up need to come up.
Let it fill what parts of you it needs to fill and also release anything that you no longer need.
You can do this.
You are doing this.

Amazing.
Now we're going to think of the feeling of positivity.
This may look like a color to you,
A spark of joy.
This may be a pattern or a shape.
Just focus now on picturing what positivity means to you.
Let it fill you.
Yeah.
Deep breath in.
When I think of positivity,
It is a shimmering bright light and it is so accessible.
It is here ready to save me from my darkest thoughts.
Ready to be a guiding light for me.
It is ready to come in and to be such an important force in my life.
And it's just happy that I am finally welcoming it into my being.
So whatever positivity looks like for you,
I want you to welcome it.
Bring it inside of you.
Yes.
Feel it.
Make friends with it.
Thank it for all that it has done for you and more importantly,
All that it is about to do for you.
Yes.
Thank you.
Positivity.
Know at any moment that you can choose a positive and peaceful mindset.
This will be the key to unlocking all of your happiness.
Our happiness lies in our mindset.
Know right now that it is completely accessible to you to have a positive and peaceful mindset about your life.

Think of that positivity and peacefulness.
Go into that positive and peaceful mindset.

What does this feel like in your body?
I want you to think about that and remember that.

You already have this.

This is now.
