Hi there.
I just wanted to pop in and give a nice quick little gratitude meditation for today.
Deep breath in and deep breath out.
I want to ask you to close your eyes.
Get nice and comfortable in whatever position that feels like for you.
I just want you to feel the energy running in your upper thighs right now.
Our legs hold so much power.
They are such a steady and strong force for us.
And just allow all that energy just to rush through them right now.
Maybe there's a light tingle to it and it feels so good.
As we breathe out,
We say thank you in gratitude.
I love starting to focus my meditation on something simple inside my body.
It's just a really beautiful way to clear out any blockages or negative thoughts that we may have on a repeating pattern.
I know I get them as well.
Just saying thank you.
Thank you so much to our legs and to the blood rushing through them and to all that they do for us.
Now I'd like to bring your attention to your crown chakra to the top of your head.
What I'm feeling called to lead you towards right now really is more that place right where your hair meets your forehead.
There you go.
There is so much energy that happens on the top of our heads.
It is our divine entry point for source.
And I know at least right now for me,
It is just tingling and feeling alive.
It is excited to be acknowledged.
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out.
Oftentimes our body is so happy when we take the time just to think and see it.
For example,
The Buddhist quote saying,
I see you eyes and I thank you for what I see.
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out.
So focusing on this beautiful light positive energy at the top of our heads,
I just want you to take a moment and dream big.
Let your mind wander where it wants to go.
I know you're thinking,
I know you're thinking,
Let your mind wander where it wants to go.
Whether that's a gorgeous sunlit meadow or a beautiful blue ocean,
Just give yourself the chance to be imaginative and creative right now.
Deep breath in and out and just ruminate on that feeling.
Let that positivity in your head just buzz and sparkle.
Feel all the freedom now that you have just pouring out of the top of your head.
It's like your creativity is just unbounded.
You're not just a body anymore.
You are connected to something bigger and brighter and higher than yourself as it just flows and flows out the top of your head.
It's a joyous feeling,
Feeling so alive and so connected to everything around us.
Keep your dreaming going and slowly come back into your body.
Maybe you feel some warmness in your face.
Let your mind wander where it wants to go.
Feel the consciousness just really fill up your entire being.
You feel a solidness and a stateliness in your body and the way that you look through your eyes and the way that you breathe in and out,
There's an assuredness there.
You know who you are.
Deep breath in and deep breath out.
We're going to close this by closing our hands into a closed fist position.
This can be relaxed,
But it's just bringing us again back into our body.
Now you can set an intention for the day,
What you want to accomplish or believe or experience,
Something you'd like to either change or manifest or just a deeper level of beingness inside yourself.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
