Self-love isn’t about perfection, confidence, or constant positive thinking.
It’s about learning to belong to yourself — gently, day by day. This is the last in a 4-part series inviting you to soften self-judgment, heal inner rejection, and reconnect with the parts of you that have been waiting to be seen. Through guided reflections, embodiment practices, and compassionate inner dialogue, you will learn how to offer yourself the tenderness and understanding you’ve longed for from others. Join Gabriella across four sessions, exploring self-compassion, the inner critic, emotional safety, and wholeness — helping you create an inner environment where you feel accepted, supported, and deeply at home. Episode 4 in the series is all about: Wholeness & Becoming the Love You Seek - Returning Home to Yourself. No experience needed. Just your presence, your breath, and a willingness to be gentle with yourself.

Hello,

I am Gabriella and welcome to Day 4.

I invite you to start by closing down your eyes and taking a long,

Slow breath with me.

In through the nose and out through the nose.

Inhaling presence and gently exhaling.

For a few breaths here.

Today we explore wholeness,

Not as perfection but as radical inclusion.

Wholeness is the knowing that every part of you belongs.

Your confident parts,

Your tired parts,

Your hopeful parts,

Your fearful parts.

Each one carries truth.

Each one carries a piece of your story.

Each one wants to be loved.

Imagine all these parts sitting in a circle around you.

Some are eager,

Some are shy,

Some are wounded,

Some are strong.

Look around the circle and say inwardly to yourself,

All of you belong.

All of you are welcome.

I am learning to love myself fully.

Wholeness is not a destination,

It is an ongoing practice.

A relationship,

A homecoming.

You do not need to become someone new,

You only need to embrace who you already are.

Take two more breaths here.

Let it fill your heart.

Then whisper softly to yourself,

I am becoming the love I seek.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.

If you have a journal and pen to hand,

I have a couple of journal prompts for you to write down now and answer either now or in your own time.

What part of me most needs acceptance right now?

What does loving myself look like in daily life?

And for today's ritual,

I would like to invite you to write a love note to yourself.

And then once you've written that,

You can fold it up and keep it somewhere sacred for a period of time.

In the past,

I've done this for about a year and it's something really beautiful to come back to after that much time has passed and review these heartfelt words to self,

So I highly recommend it.

It's been amazing guiding you on this journey of self-love.

This is our final day together,

Thank you so much.
