I invite you to sit in a comfortable seated position.
Close your eyes and begin to breathe slowly and deeply.
This time is just for you.
I invite you to repeat the following affirmations after me in the quietness of your heart.
I am peace.
I am present.
I am love.
I am breath.
I honor myself and my body.
I trust in the divine unfolding of life.
I trust in the divine order of things.
My body and my nervous system are calm and peaceful.
My mind is quiet.
My heart is open.
My body is sacred.
I am deeply connected to myself and the Earth.
I love myself and all of life.
I am kind to myself and all of life.
I honor myself and my emotional well-being.
I take the time to inhale fully and take in fresh life force energy.
I take the time to exhale fully and release all that is no longer serving me.
I take the time to cherish every moment of life.
I willingly release all fear,
Tension,
Resistance,
And anxiety from my body and my field.
I practice present moment awareness.
I am peace.
I am present.
I am love.
I am breath.
