In this guided meditation you will be meeting Archangel Zadkiel to release any stagnant energies and fill them with abundance.

Archangel Zadkiel is an angel of freedom,

Mercy and the patron angel of all who forgives.

Helping people renew their minds,

To let go of negativity,

Focus on healthy attitude and work with the violet flame.

Transmute any stuck energies and recharge us.

Sitting with your spine straight and comfortable,

Close your eyes when you're ready and place your feet firmly on the ground or visualize touching the ground and feel your back firmly supported by your chair.

Make yourself comfortable and relaxed.

Turn your attention into your breathing.

Take slightly deeper breath.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathing in calming your mind and breathing out releasing any tensions.

Breathing in and breathing out.

One more time.

Now bring your awareness to your feet and remember your beautiful thick deep roots from the soles of your feet are going down into the mother earth.

Down down down down.

Touching from your feet,

Wrapping themselves around the giant central crystal at the core of the mother earth.

And feel that energy holding you,

Letting you be in the present moment.

And once again,

Feel this grounding energy work its way up through every part of your body and reach every cell.

Know that you're safe and grounded.

Now visualize a beautiful white column of light beaming down from the source surrounding you flowing into your aura.

Breathe in this heavenly white light as it touches every single cell in your body.

We now ask Archangel Michael to place his beautiful deep blue clock of protection around you.

Visualize this clock around your shoulders.

Zip the clock up your chin and place the hood over your head.

Know that you're fully protected.

We ask that a golden bubble of light is placed around each one of us for protection.

We remind ourselves of the reflective pyramid of platinum light and a similar inverted pyramid going down into the earth surrounding our buildings.

I now invoke guardian angel,

Angels of healing and abundance and archangels at Kiel to accompany you on this journey.

Allow your entire body to rest heavily on the surface where you sit or lie.

Now that your body is fully relaxed,

Allow this visualization,

Relaxation to begin.

Visualize yourself on a beach in a quiet secluded cove.

You can hear the waves up ahead.

You can smell the ocean's prey.

The air is moist and warm.

Feel a pleasant cool breeze blowing through the trees.

You walk along a path coming closer to the sea.

As you come to the edge of the trees,

You can see a brilliant aqua color of ocean ahead.

You walk out of the forest and onto a long stretch of white sand.

The sand is very soft powder.

Imagine taking off your shoes and walking through the hot white sand toward the water.

The beach is wide and long.

Hear the waves crashing to the shore.

Smell the clean salt water and beach.

It is a beautiful sunny day.

Feel the warmth of the sun on your face,

Your nerve joined by your guardian angel and you embrace each other.

Feel the warmth.

As you look around you,

Notice that this is a magical place.

Dolphins are playing in the sea.

Unicorns,

Angels,

Fairies and other divine creatures and other divine elemental beings have come to greet you,

Taking the environment around you.

Archangel Zadkiel has now arrived with his beautiful violet light.

Feel his energies around you.

You embrace him and breathe his energies around you.

Let his energy flow up from your feet,

Cleansing any energy stuck and transmuting with vibrant radiant energies.

Let these stuck energies,

Emotions,

Guilt,

All thoughts dissolve and float down into the earth for transmutation.

Allow these energies to come from your feet,

Breathing all that energies up,

Feel the feet being cleansed with the violet flame,

Removing any stuck energies,

Allowing your toes,

Your ankles and your feet to move with much ease.

Allow the violet light to move into your lower legs,

Feel that,

Cleanse and the lightness around your legs,

Gently moving into your knees.

As the violet light is flowing into your knees,

Releasing any stuck energies,

Emotions from your knees so you can move much ease and bend and be flexible and transmuting all these energies back into mother earth.

Gently the violet light is going into your thighs.

As you're breathing,

Pull these energies into your higher body,

Cleansing your thighs and gently going into your root chakra,

Which is at the base of your spine.

Cleansing your root chakra allows you to be cautious about your current changes,

Your survival instincts,

Your relationship,

Your career,

Your health,

Your goals and your vision.

And cleansing this chakra brings you new ideas and thoughts.

Feel that energy center being cleansed and releasing any stagnant energies.

And gently moving into your sacral chakra,

The lower belly.

Feel the violet light cleansing your sacral chakra.

Cleansing any emotional hurdles,

Bringing a balance onto your hormones,

Cleansing inside out and balancing your masculine and feminine energies.

Cleansing this energy center brings you a clarity on yourself,

On your purpose and allow any stagnant energies to move into the mother earth.

Now gently bringing that energies,

The violet flame to move into your solar plexus,

Cleansing your solar plexus,

Your upper belly releases any unresolved emotions and connects you into your inner child.

Feel the energies being cleansed and let that energy move up into your heart center.

Your neck and imagine this beautiful violet light to flow into your head,

Cleansing your ears,

Your mouth,

Your jaws,

Your nose,

Your eyes,

Your forehead,

Opening up you into your five senses.

Imagine this beautiful violet light cleansing your third eye.

As it is cleansing your third eye and releasing any stuck energies,

You will feel your intuition is increasing,

Your knowingness is increasing and bringing in a clarity.

And gently imagine this beautiful violet flame moving into your crown,

The scalp and the head.

Cleansing your crown chakra allows you to connect to your higher consciousness with much ease,

Knowing what's ahead and planning and being prepared,

Setting an intention to release any stuck stagnant energies back into the mother earth.

Feel the free flow of violet light from your feet to the head.

Every cell,

Every muscle of your body is being cleansed.

Clearing,

Transmuting through into the mother earth,

Clearing any stuck energies and transmuting to positive radiant thoughts.

Feel the energies moving up and any energies that are stuck are being transmuted to violet flame.

Give permission and allow this shift to happen,
