Hello there and welcome to your daily drop of gratitude.

My name is Stacey.

I'm glad you're here.

In the next few minutes,

We will come together and pause,

Breathe,

Connect with gratitude for something simple yet profound.

So settle in and let's begin this appreciation for the people who hold us.

Take a deep breath.

Let it go with a soft sigh.

Think of someone who has offered you kindness.

Maybe a friend,

A teacher,

A loved one,

Or even that stranger who smiled at you on the day you needed it the most.

Visualize them now.

See their eyes.

Imagine your breath as a bridge connecting your heart to theirs.

And as you look into this person's eyes,

Feel the warmth of gratitude rise within you,

Expanding with each breath.

You don't need to say the words out loud.

Your heart already knows how to say thank you.

Let this gratitude ripple out like a ribbon from your heart.

And this ribbon will touch everyone who you encounter,

Seen and unseen,

Those who may not even know that you're thinking of them.

And now turn that kindness inward.

See the ribbon going into your heart,

Thanking yourself for showing up today,

For being open,

For feeling deeply.

As we hold gratitude for the people who hold us up,

Who offer us the tiniest gesture.

Our hearts become fuller.

And the affirmation for today is I am grateful for the love that surrounds me and the compassion that lives within me.

Thank you for making time to nurture gratitude in your heart today.

As you move through the day,

Notice the smiles,

The tenderness,

The compassion within you.

Remember,

Gratitude is always within reach.
