Day 6 of our Daily Drop of Gratitude invites us into the present moment—the only time that truly exists. In the hustle and bustle of life, it’s easy to get lost in what’s ahead or what’s behind. But the present moment is where peace resides. Today, take a pause and anchor yourself in the now. Feel the ground beneath you, notice the sounds around you, and take a deep breath, appreciating the fullness of this moment. Gratitude is found when we allow ourselves to truly experience the here and now

Hello there and welcome to your daily drop of gratitude.

In the next few minutes we're going to pause,

Come together,

Connect,

Breathe and really think about gratitude for something simple yet so profound in our lives.

So take a deep breath,

Settle in and let's begin this moment of appreciation together.

Day six,

Gratitude for the present moment.

Tune in right now.

Tune in.

Notice your breath.

Notice your body,

The sensations your body feels.

Notice any sounds around you.

Tune in right now.

Everything that you need is here in this moment.

Whisper to yourself,

Thank you for this pause.

Thank you for this presence.

Tune in right now.

This moment,

Everything you need is here now.

Whisper to yourself,

Thank you for this pause.

Thank you for this presence.

Let gratitude anchor you fully into what you're experiencing right now.

Thank you for taking this time to nurture gratitude.

As you move through your day,

Carry this sense of appreciation with you.

Remember,

Gratitude is always within reach.

All we need to do is pause and notice.

I'll see you tomorrow for your next daily drop of gratitude.
