Today's meditation is about reconnecting with your body, seeing the beauty that it truly holds. As the home is the resting place of our body, the body is the resting place for our soul. We can only fulfill our purpose in this world if our body is treated with the respect and love that it deserves.

Welcome to today's quick Evolve Beyond Limits meditation.

This meditation is about reconnecting with your body,

About seeing it for the beauty that it truly holds.

Because our body doesn't change through shame,

Through guilt.

It only has the ability to change when we learn to love it for what it is in this moment without needing to change it one bit.

As our home is the resting place for our body,

Our body is simply the resting place for our soul.

And for that we need to see it and appreciate it for the vessel that it is because we are all here to carry out a purpose.

And we can only do so if our body is treated with the respect and the love that it deserves no matter what.

I want you to go ahead and take a couple of deep breaths.

You're gonna as you breathe in,

Breathe in through your nose and I want you to collect any negative thoughts that you have about your body or how your body is feeling,

How it looks.

Just collect them with that deep inhale and with that exhale let them all go.

We're gonna do that two more times.

Let's go ahead and as you inhale collect up all of those negative thoughts,

Energies,

Feelings,

Emotions and then let them go with the exhale.

Go ahead and do that one more time.

Now what I want you to do is imagine three empowering uplifting thoughts that you have about your body and I want you to allow those to start to swirl around you.

Feel what it feels like to be overtaken by the empowerment,

The strength,

The beautiful,

Beautiful things your body has done for you and provided for you and allowed you to do on this earth.

Allow those thoughts to swirl around you for as long as you need to begin to feel a sense of peace and gratitude and love for the vessel that holds your soul.

As you feel that energy shift and realign you can take three more of those deep cleansing breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth and come back into your body wiggling your fingers in your toes offering it one more ounce of gratitude and whenever you feel ready you can open your eyes.

As a 2 time breast cancer survivor, the second time choosing a double mastectomy, my body is different. I love being flat and healthy but it is different.
