Today's Evolve Beyond Limits meditation is all about focusing on your Third Eye Chakra and seeing who you really are. It's about cutting through the illusion and stories that we've been telling ourselves for so long, distorting the way we look at ourselves. Allow yourself to surrender to the here and now. It's time to wipe away any illusions, stories, and perceptions that have stopped you from seeing your true beauty. Connect to your higher self, and listen to the message that was was meant for you.

Welcome to today's Evolve meditation.

Take a moment to get comfortable either sitting with your back straight or laying down.

And once you get comfortable,

Slowly start to shut your eyes.

Start to pay attention to your breath.

Noticing the movement of your breath.

Not trying to change it.

Just simply noticing the pattern of your breathing.

Whether it feels forced or easy.

Are you breathing with depth or is it a shallow breath?

Just notice.

Now I want you to start to sink into your body.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to sink in a little bit deeper.

Releasing any thoughts you might have,

Allowing them to dissolve.

Leaving behind any worries or anxieties you might be having today.

As you give yourself this moment to tune back in.

Continue to sink into your body and follow the flow of the breath.

Today's meditation is all about seeing yourself for who you really are.

It's about cutting through the illusion and the stories that we've been telling ourselves for so long.

That may have distorted the way that we look at ourselves.

Have you deepen your breath,

Inhaling through your nose as deeply into your abdomen as you can and exhaling out of your mouth.

Taking two more deep breaths just like that.

With one more deep breath,

Allow yourself to surrender into the here and now.

You are walking down a hallway and at the end of the hallway you see a door.

You get closer and closer until you are standing in front of the door.

You reach out for the handle.

You open the door and you walk through.

As you step into this room,

There's nothing on the walls,

On the ceiling,

On the floor.

Except for the wall directly across from you,

There's a mirror.

You walk up to the mirror and it is covered in dust and dirt.

It is smeared and you can barely see yourself in it.

All you see is fractions of your face,

Bits and pieces.

Most of it has been covered up.

You look in the mirror and what looks back is barely recognizable.

You can barely see yourself through all the debris.

You see a rag and some cleaner on the floor beside you.

You pick it up,

You spray the mirror and you start to wipe away everything that's stopping you from seeing who you really are.

You wipe away any illusions,

Any stories you've been telling for too long.

You wipe away other people's perceptions and judgments.

You wipe away your own perceptions and judgments of who you are.

The image staring back is becoming more and more clear as you continue to wipe away the debris that has stopped you from seeing the beauty of who you really are.

With each swipe across the mirror,

The image staring back becomes more and more clear.

You continue to wipe until the mirror is completely free of any distortion that was there before and all that is left staring back at you is your highest self.

As you stand there and connect with your highest self,

They have a message for you.

They tell you now what they need you to know.

You thank them for this message and helping you find clarity.

You look in the mirror one more time,

Etching that version of you into your mind's eye,

Never again forgetting who you truly are.

You turn towards the door,

You open it and you walk out.

You start to come back into your body,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Stretching out your neck,

Taking more of those deep cleansing breaths if needed and taking as much time in this space as you would like.

And when you are ready,

You can open your eyes.
