This is a simple guided practice to help move anxious energy out of the body and to help the body move out of stressful states. This is a practice I have been using for decades to help myself as well as my community and clients to shift out of stressful, anxious or survival patterns by rooting themselves in the body and into the earth. This practice helps you to move the static, anxious or stressful energy out of the body so that space is created to bring breath and stable calm back in. This practice helps you become an energy alchemist, able to shift yourself out of states you don't wish to be in, into states you do wish to hold. This gives you a sense of empowerment to remind you of your powerful nature as an energetic being. Give yourself space where you will not be disturbed and where you can close your eyes and move into the body.
