This meditation supports you through energetic shifts,

Here you're invited to slow down,

Breathe deeply and reconnect with your inner stillness,

The place where renewal begins.

This is a time of new beginnings and intention,

A moment to gently reset your direction,

Align with your inner truth and prepare to manifest in the year ahead with calm purpose and quiet strength.

Make yourself comfortable,

Allow your eyes to close if you wish.

Bring attention to your breath as it moves in and out of your body naturally and easily.

With every inhale welcome calm,

With every exhale soften the body and quiet the mind.

Now sense yourself from within,

Your energy,

Your essence,

Your presence existing both inside and around you as one.

This is a supportive time for choosing change consciously and with kindness toward yourself.

When you gently practice change by choice you become more able to meet unexpected changes with steadiness and self-trust.

As you allow yourself to grow and adapt,

You begin to experience change more positively as a movement toward alignment.

Your system adjusting to deeper awareness and expanded consciousness.

As change occurs old patterns,

Habits and attachments naturally loosen and fall away.

As you breathe gently and stay present your system finds balance again.

You become steadier,

Clearer and more grounded within yourself.

Until the chimes allow your body,

Mind and emotions to integrate in their own way,

Resting the feeling of balance,

As Capricorn season arrives the winter solstice invites reflection,
