For this meditation,

Close your eyes and sit or lie down,

Whichever is more comfortable for you.

Remember that there is nothing else to do right now,

Nothing else to think about.

There is only this moment.

Be here now and meet each moment with blissful totality.

When I instruct you to inhale,

Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose and into your belly.

When I instruct you to exhale,

Exhale slowly and deeply out of your mouth and feel the relief.
