In this meditation, you'll be writing a love letter to yourself in your mind's eye. I'll start you off by guiding some things to write and then you have to time write whatever else you need/want to hear. I do mention that sometimes life is hard, there are obstacles and you overcome them, that you'll be seeing yourself with the eyes of love, and that you matter in this world. Thanks for listening. In this meditation,

You'll be writing a love letter to yourself.

Hi friends,

Steph here.

I'm honored to guide you on today's journey.

Go ahead and close your eyes.

Take a breath.

Go ahead and let your breath settle you and bring you into this moment.

Today we're tapping into that love and compassion and understanding that flows within you.

That you often give so generously to everyone else in your life even to strangers.

And today you're going to pour that love into you.

You're going to just take this moment,

This time and gift it to a very important person in your life.

Let your inner guide,

Your inner knowing guide you.

I'll start us off and then you can take over.

Imagine in your mind's eye that there's a pen and a paper.

It's a beautiful paper and a beautiful pen with ink just the way you like it.

And you start off,

Dear me,

I know you've been going through some hard times lately and that life isn't always easy.

And even though life has given you obstacles and challenges,

You seem to always find your way back to happiness,

Back to bliss,

Back to gratitude,

To kindness and generosity for others.

Life continues to make you better and better and you continue to grow with every opportunity that is presented to you.

You continue to stand every time you fall and it's beautiful to watch you grow and to overcome and to love and to move through the pain,

To fill the ache and not become the ache.

It's so beautiful to watch you be you.

I admire how you show up for others and yourself,

How you light up a room when you walk in,

How your laughter brings joy and more laughter.

Your kindness soothes others' journeys as well,

Your intelligence,

Your ability to problem solve,

To see the good in others even when it challenges you,

To choose to do the next thing that brings you closer to whatever it is that you want and need,

To allow yourself places and spaces to be vulnerable,

To be seen,

To be heard,

To be you.

I know sometimes you wonder if the world even notices you or knows that you're here and I'm here to assure you the world does and you're needed.

You offer something so special and unique and sometimes it seems so simple it's easy for you to overlook it.

But really it's so important.

The way you show up,

The way you love,

The way you laugh,

The way you give,

The stories you tell,

The things that you care about,

It all matters.

It all makes a difference and it's needed.

And I want to remind you that when your soul,

When your beautiful soul landed in your wonderful,

Incredible body,

It knew it was enough and would always be enough and that you would be enough,

That your mind,

Your heart,

Your journey through this life would be enough.

So it's important to take this moment and to remind yourself to see yourself through the eyes of your soul,

Through the eyes of love and blissfulness and peace.

That you're enough right now,

That you're needed,

That you matter,

That you're lovable,

You're intelligent,

You're brilliant.

And that even when you make mistakes,

You're loved,

You're seen,

You're valuable,

That you can take the risks,

You can risk being seen and being yourself and loving yourself deeply and completely and knowing your worth and feeling confident in who you are and what you offer the world and those in your life.

That sometimes it's enough to change the world around us and sometimes it's more than enough to change our own world by the way we treat ourselves.

So it's okay to start treating yourself with love and kindness and generosity,

To laugh at your own jokes even when you snort.

It's okay,

It's all okay,

It's okay to be you.

It's okay to be uncommon,

To think differently and also to think the same sometimes.

It's all okay and I want to remind you even on your hardest days,

You've got this,

You'll get through them even when you cry yourself to sleep,

I'm here,

I'm here for you and I love you and it's okay to cry and it's okay to be mad and it's okay to be disappointed and it's okay to be filled with so much joy and excitement and bliss.

I'm here with you and we'll get through it,

You can do it,

You can handle it all,

You really can,

You're strong,

You're brave,

You're wise and it's time,

It's time to love yourself and I love you.

Now go ahead and take a moment and write in whatever else you need to hear,

What do you want to hear today,

What do you need to hear today?

Take a moment and write it in,

Just write from love,

From the eyes of love.

Love.

Love.

Love.

Love.

Love.

Love.

Love.

Love.

Very well,

Very well.

Let all that love soak into you,

Into your cells and your muscles and your nerves,

Every organ,

Every thought.

Let love flow through you and around you.

See yourself glowing with love and compassion and understanding and encouragement and support for yourself.

Let it flow through you,

It's okay,

Give yourself permission to love yourself this way.

This love is yours to have and you can give it to yourself every single day.

You did very well today.

And when you're ready,

Fill that love up,

Fill it inside your chest,

Inside your mind,

Inside your stomach.

Feel this level,

This intense love within you that's yours to have and no one can take it away from you.

It's yours.

And when you're ready,

Knowing that this love comes with you,

Go ahead and open your eyes.

Wiggle around a moment if you need to.
