Super Quick Crystal-Rose Shield Meditation: Neutralising Negative Energetic Projection.

Welcome to this super quick crystal rose shield meditation.

Doing negative energetic projections.

And as always open body open mind.

And with your breath inviting light from the universe around you.

From 360 degrees light on the in breath.

Into every cell of your body.

Anywhere you are holding lower energies.

Purge and release out from every cell back to the light,

Back to the universe,

Back to the horizon.

Allowing more space in your body,

More light into your body.

During the cycle of breath on the in breath the invitation of light.

Into the bones and blood of your body.

The foundation of the body,

The bones and blood.

On the out breath purging and releasing anything in the bones or joints vertebrae.

And the blood or cells back to the universe.

Allowing a greater freedom,

A greater movement of light into your body.

And following that cycle of breath as I call your team in spirit of the highest light and residence your higher self,

The iron presence,

The over soul,

All helpers and guides,

All angels and archangels,

All star beings and star races,

Star councils working with you.

All species teams in spirit,

Ascension teams,

Healing teams,

The place of the rising sun with Raphael,

Archangel of air,

That crystal wand with two golden serpents entwined and where they meet near the top two golden wings.

As you focus on that symbol invoking the angel and the fire of the angel which is emerald green fire to hold the space.

And to the south is Michael,

Archangel of the element of fire of the will,

Warrior protector angel.

The symbol of this angel,

A flaming blue sword and the energy electric blue fire.

By focusing on the symbol invoke that angels fire,

That electric blue in your energy field to hold the space.

And breathe and open,

To the west is Gabriel,

Archangel of the element of water,

Of the emotions.

The symbol is a silver chalice and the energy diamond white fire.

Put that energy into the space to hold the space,

Hold the space and breathe.

And to the north is Uriel,

Archangel of the element of earth.

The symbol of this angel is a golden pentacle,

A five pointed star in a circle of light.

As you focus on that symbol inviting the angels energy which is ruby red fire into every cell of your body.

The bones,

Blood and the organs of your body and all systems.

Releasing anything in your field that doesn't belong to you that needs to go back to the light,

Back to the light.

Feel the expansion of energy,

The horizontal plane angels holding you.

And the vertical force that's called a metatron from the great central sun.

To bring that light down through the stargate of our sun,

Golden white fire.

Down into the room.

Going through walls,

Door,

Window,

Floor,

Ceiling.

Closing off the space from negative interference from lower astral openings.

Allow that light to seal all objects in the room.

All objects.

And bring that energy down through the torso,

Through the head allowing the crown chakra to open.

And the third eye to open in the centre of the head.

Allow that light flow down to the throat that opens.

Also down to the heart anchoring the grid of light in the heart.

Allow chakras from the heart upwards to align with the great central sun and breathe and breathe.

And let's call to sanaphon from the earth,

The crystalline grid of the earth to bring up that diamond white grid,

Crystalline grid,

Up into the feet,

Space.

Up through the legs like a rising tide.

Space opens,

Space chakra opens.

Allow the energy to rise touching the sacral that opens.

Allow the energy to rise touching the solar plexus that opens.

And allow the energy to rise opening the heart anchoring into the heart.

And open the inner channel,

And together we're going to build a shield,

A crystal rose shield that's designed to neutralise energies from one specific person.

Bring to mind the person you want to shield yourself from.

Call to mind the person and invite their higher self to be present and feel into this person's energy.

If they feel too close to you energetically,

Send them the message to step away and step out of your energy field.

They have no permission to be so close.

And notice if you feel better as they step back.

Let's ask Gabrielle for your energy field to be cleansed now with a diamond white waterfall of light cleansing you of this person's energy.

Releasing any other emotional,

Mental or psychic energy in a waterfall of light.

Let any holes or rips in your energy field to be sealed in the light of the angels around you.

Let's ask Sandaphon and the crystalline grid of the earth to provide you with crystals from the earth.

And begin to summon crystals from the earth.

Clear quartz crystals from the earth to form a shield,

A large shield in front of you.

End up of interlocking crystals,

Thousands of small interlocking crystals.

And a crystalline shield of clear quartz.

The shield is slightly taller than you.

Feel the shield form in front of you.

The shield is specific to the person you have in front of you now,

Their energy.

It blocks any negative energies from reaching you.

Immediately you should feel a form of relief as the shield forms.

As it blocks off lower energies.

Let's take a moment for the shield to settle and lock completely.

And the front of the shield is coated with a thick transparent gel.

Let's invoke from the kingdoms of nature around you,

From this green world,

Many red roses to come and form another solid barrier to the front of the shield.

A solid barrier of red roses held in place with this gel and then behind this interlocking crystal shield.

The red roses absorb negative energies.

The crystals bounce off negative energies.

Feel the power of the shield.

And replicate the shield and place one at your back of crystals and roses at the back.

Simply taller than you.

If you wish you can replicate the shield,

Place one either side of you.

You can even create a smaller shield,

Put it on the top of your head,

Blocking anything from coming down,

Touching the crown.

And feel the power of the shield.

The shield will last for at least one day,

Depending on the intensity of the projections being sent.

So once a day you need to make it a practice to release the old shield back to the universe,

Drop the flowers and the crystals into the grid of the earth.

And invoke a new shield once a day until the work is done,

Till you no longer feel these negative projections coming towards you.

And this meditation can be repeated for other people.

You need to design a shield for each person or each group,

If there's a group involved.

And you can have several shields in place at the same time,

Blocking off individuals or one for a group energy such as a family,

Bloodline family or a corporation or a spiritual group.

I just feel the shield around you moving with you as you go about your day.

Release the person and their higher self you've brought to mind.

And feel a greater expansion of light in your field of freedom.

Freedom of movement in this world as you're no longer impacted by this negative energy from this person.

Ask to increase the power of the shield tenfold,

Power of the shields around you tenfold,

Neutralizing all lower energies.

Bringing in higher energies of love and joy from the universe around you and from other people.

But bouncing out this person's negative energy.
