Welcome to a moment in time.
This is a five minute meditation to relax yourself,
To get ready for bed,
To wind down.
Be as comfortable as you can be.
You can lay on your back,
On your side,
Whatever feels right for you.
Your work for today is done.
There is nothing left for you to do.
Nothing left for you to worry about.
Just bring your awareness to this moment.
Prepare your body to rest.
You've done all you can do for this day.
There is nothing left to do but to just be.
Just be in this moment,
In this space.
It's time for you to rest.
Allow your mind to rest.
Pay attention to how your body is breathing,
Releasing energy.
You made it another day.
Take a moment to thank your subconscious for getting you through this day,
For all you have to look forward to tomorrow.
Relax.
You don't have to be anywhere.
You don't have to think about anything.
Just relax.
Relax in the knowing that your day is over.
It don't matter what you did wrong.
It don't matter what you could have done better.
You are an evolving being.
You did the best you can do today.
Allow your body to feel that.
Allow your body to know it's time to rest.
It's just time to rest.
You are doing the best you can do.
Release any tension and just lay.
Just be.
There is no pressure to do anything.
Your work for today is done.
You did great.
You did the best you could possibly do.
And no matter what happens today,
You are about to transform into another reality.
You are about to go to sleep.
And you get to start over again tomorrow.
You can never do it wrong.
Relax.
Breathe and relax.
Dream well.
Dream big.
You get a new chance tomorrow.
