A lovely and inspiring poem that provided an immersive experience. I was taking a walk while I listened to the reading and the beautiful descriptions, coupled with gentle music in the background, really enhanced my connection back to nature. I love the reminder at the end that we are our own medicine. Overall this was an inspiring poem to find our healing in the nature and that we already have all that we need.

This was reccomended to me by a friend on here. I’m so glad they decided to share this with me because is an audio meditation as medicine. The music and gentle voice describing aromatic herbs and spices is calming!
