This was very helpful. With this meditation I was able to de-escalate my fury substantially. I appreciated the clear instructions for the different types of breathwork *before* beginning each one. I am especially grateful for the acknowledgment that my anger is valid, and for the reminder to feel it without attaching to it. I’m not sure 100% clear on what feeling it without attaching looks like, but it resonated strongly with me and I felt it happening during the meditation. I would like to learn more about that and how to do it when I feel triggered.

I often struggle with rumination after a challenging interaction or conflict. My mind replays and hyper focuses on the topic. I try many mindfulness strategies and positive distractions, with only short temporary relief. I had a positive interrupttion with this meditation and will add it to my routine to help build new neural pathways redirecting thoughts to the present.

So helpful. I felt like I was spiralling and this provided a safe way to feel the built up anger in a safe way. Namaste 💕

So helpful! I appreciated the approach of not pushing anger away, but acknowledging its appropriateness and purpose. The breathing exercises along with the words helped me to stop fixating on it. Thank you!

Feelings, of course, hearing you say it, it makes so much sense why they are called that. Thank you for this invitation to hold space for something which can be deafeningly, blindingly overwhelming. 🙏
