Taking in a deep breath,
Find a comfortable position.
You want to close your eyes,
That's a good idea,
But if you don't that's fine too.
Just listen to the sound of my voice.
You will be aware of all other sounds around you,
Sounds inside and sounds outside.
But these sounds won't disturb you,
They're going to help you to relax.
Because the only sound you need to think about is the sound of my voice that will guide you through this meditation.
So give yourself permission to relax,
To enjoy this time only for you.
Nothing to think about,
Nothing to do,
Just to listen.
Take a deep cleansing breath.
Fill your lungs to the fullest capacity,
Then release the breath through your mouth and push all the air out of your body.
Keep taking a few deep breaths like that and imagine a white light coming from the universe,
Entering through the crown of your head,
Bringing a wave of relaxation all the way down to your toes.
In whatever way that is personal to you,
You can think white light and it will be there.
You can visualize it and see it in your mind's eye.
So just visualizing that white light coming from the universe,
Beautiful,
Bright,
Shimmering white light.
Filling yourself up completely with this white light from the universe.
Every cell in your body will be rejuvenated,
Renewed.
Every time you inhale,
Let love and peace through,
Let love and peace through the white light enter in your body.
Let it enter every cell of your mind and body that needs healing and that needs light.
Where there has been darkness,
Let there be light.
And every time you exhale,
Release all unwanted feelings of stress,
Anxiety,
Or negative thinking.
Surrender any pain physically or mentally to the white light that is all around you.
Breathing in the white light of healing and relaxation,
Let the entire body and mind relax and feel all tensions in your muscles subside.
Now as your body begins to relax,
Become even more aware of your breath.
Feel how the breath has its own life,
A gift given to you by the universe or by God or whatever your belief system is or by life itself.
As the breath comes in,
Ask that more of this healing light enters your body,
Your heart and your life.
Feel the light circulating and pulsing in your body,
Nourishing and cleansing and opening,
Receiving light and resting within it.
Continue out at every breath.
Continue letting it out at every breath,
Every tension and stress,
Fear and anxieties.
Breathing them out,
Releasing them from your body.
How does to happen naturally,
Gently and gradually?
Feel the relief as your body is unburdened and freed from old energies and patterns.
Breathing in the beautiful white light of healing,
The white light of protection and of knowledge.
Notice that your body begins to feel lighter.
Now as you close your meditation,
Become aware once again of your inhalation,
Feeling the natural flow of the light moving into your body.
Notice how your body feels.
At this time make a heartfelt prayer or a mantra asking for that which you most deeply desire in your life and your spiritual path,
A desire that serves your highest self and that of everybody that's involved.
Ask for healing and strength for yourself and for those you love.
Send a light to those in your life that are in need of spiritual support,
The ones that need a little brightening.
Then give thanks and gratitude for this beautiful white light that you can call on anytime,
Anywhere.
And whenever you think about this bright,
Beautiful,
Sparkling white light that's there for you always,
Connect.
Send love and support and encouragement to yourself and to others.
You can repeat this meditation every day as a way of attuning more deeply to God's or the universe reality and as a way of receiving more deeply the spiritual support that is available and present in your life already.
You're just growing it and opening yourself up.
And even though it's time to return to the here and now,
Taking that beautiful feeling and a beautiful visualisation with you.
Getting ready to return to the here and now,
Feeling relaxed and feeling very good,
Better than before.
Just let yourself return to the here and now,
Feeling refreshed,
Ready to open your eyes if you had them closed to the here and now.
And we will meditate together again.
