Hello and welcome to this guided session.
Most of us carry a narrative or a story of me which is based on our past experiences in life.
The story may be I am not lovable or I am a failure or I am not needed or any other narrative that the ego mind repeats.
When we closely observe the story,
All that it consists of is a thought or a bundle of thoughts and these thoughts seem to trigger constricting emotions like sadness,
Anger or fear.
It is also seen that the story is based on the past.
The past is over and it has no power over us except the power that we give it.
We seem to attract situations and people who reflect and reinforce the story of me.
This is because past unhealed energy is replaying and attracting similar situations.
The solution lies in changing the inner energy by healing and also by realizing through meditation that we are not our thoughts.
When we were born,
We had no story,
No worries,
No self-esteem issues.
All of this was added with time and with difficult experiences and we can be free of the story of me.
For something new to emerge,
We need to weaken and ultimately drop the story completely.
In this session,
I will guide you on how you can drop thoughts.
Whenever the story of me surfaces as a thought,
You can immediately drop the thought and drop the story.
Please remember,
It's also very important to heal the memories using emotional healing.
Let us begin the meditation.
Close your eyes.
As soon as you hear me say the word stop,
Immediately stop following the thought and become aware of the silence.
Please do this for all thoughts that arise.
When you realize that you can stop and drop thoughts,
You will feel empowered and strong.
You will realize that you do not have to be a victim of thoughts and you do have a choice.

Can you realize that in the silence,
There is no story.
There is no story of me.
In the silence,
You are one with divine power and grace.
Be still and know God.
Whenever the story of me surfaces,
Please be aware.
It is just thought and emotion and you do not have to believe that anymore.
You do not have to carry that burden anymore.
You can be completely free.
Keep stopping the thoughts and letting them go and at the same time work on your healing.
So that all the emotions around the story of me are completely healed.
When all those constricting emotions are healed,
It will be replaced with love.
And you can welcome something new into your life.
