Hello and welcome.

I hope you're having a great day or a great evening wherever you are in the world.

Please grab a seat and let's have a quick talk about why meditation is so essential,

Especially now during this period in our lives where we need to start expanding beyond our habits which are no longer supporting us.

Meditation can reveal infinite potential and knowing this can be so transformative.

Meditation has changed my life because it opened me to the light that is inside of me that was kept hidden for many years.

It showed me the path to infinite potential that I am so much more than I ever knew or even know now.

It opened my eyes to the vast possibilities in the way that I feel and experience my life.

Meditation helped me to realize one very simple thing that we have the ultimate choice and power to experience life the way we wish to experience it.

I can choose how I want to see and react to the world and that in turn changes my experiences.

I can turn the dial as I please.

Meditation has been so transformative in regards to building equanimity,

Non-reactiveness and expanding my capacity to love and hold compassion for myself and others.

This is still a lifelong process but each day gets better and better every time.

I truly see the light in all beings and understand why we are all here.

I trust in the process of life more and more each day.

I've learned that my meditation practice does not end with meditation itself but continues day by day through all of my intentions and how I choose to show up in my life.

How I choose to show up has been fundamental to my growth and having a meditation practice helps me move through that with ease,

Flow and grace.

There's a level of calm,

Patience and steadfastness that I have never experienced before in my life,

Maybe on occasion.

But in the past year I have cultivated these energies on a more consistent basis.

There is space between my thoughts and actions.

I give space before making decisions and that allows for infinite potential.

I realize now that sometimes no decision needs to be made at all and because of that I enter a new reality.

As I enter these new realities my perceptions of life shifts,

Timelines change and therefore my environment,

Circumstances and relationships evolve in very positive and profound ways.

So your question is,

How does this happen?

Just imagine we are on a quest to create greatness.

What is greatness?

Greatness is all that was,

All that is and all that will ever be.

So how are we in such a limited human existence going to create something that created us?

Instead it's time to step out of our ego and surrender to the infinite potential by allowing it to be revealed to us.

When we resist the urge to react we immediately surrender to the space that exists between us and the next thought and the next action.

That space reveals the infinite potential of possibilities.

In probability you can liken that to a tree diagram with infinite branches.

So try this,

Resist the urge to have an opinion on something.

I didn't get assigned to the project I wanted because my supervisor doesn't think I can handle it.

Instead of having the opinion,

Easily and effortlessly say to yourself,

I trust in the process of life and everything happens for a reason.

Release it and allow the universe to handle the details.

A few days later you find yourself sitting at lunch and suddenly you have an aha moment.

Wow this is exactly why I was given a different project because it taught me something I didn't even expect to learn.

That humbling moment is when you realize that allowing yourself to see the infinite potential is even bigger than you realize.

Here's another example.

Imagine your teenage son or daughter is upset with you and they start to argue.

The natural response could be to tell yourself,

I've had enough of this and then try to silence them.

Imagine instead you say to yourself,

I do not have to like what they have to say but I'm willing to hold space and just listen.

That space alone can invite so much infinite potential for understanding,

For patience,

To feel heard for a new solution to the issue at hand.

We just never know what could be when we resist the need to respond and instead hold a space of trust and compassion for ourselves and others.

Through these simple practices we can cultivate inner peace,

Peace with each other and peace around the world.

Imagine what a difference that would make in our existence and this all comes from knowing that you hold ultimate power in your reality.

You have the power to pause and let go or make a decision that could hurt yourself or someone else.

This is what meditation has taught me.

That the potential is infinite.

You are infinite and you have the choice to see it for yourself.

Thank you for making time for yourself today.

Allow yourself to move through life with ease and flow.

Enjoy life by seeing the joy within you.

Many blessings.

Namaste.

Thank you.
