We are going to start today by imagining we are a tree.
Imagine your legs are the trunk of the tree and they are reaching down,

You are such a strong tree.

Now reach your hands up and make your arms the branches of the tree.
Reach high into the beautiful blue sky.
Now stretch your fingers,
Wiggle your toes,
And get ready.
You are going to shake your whole body for the count of 10.

Your big,
Big heart.
Feel it beating inside of your chest.
Your heart is magic.
You are the only person in the whole entire world with that heart.
In every single moment of the day you have that heart inside of you.
I want you to think of when in your life you feel the happiest.
I feel really happy when I get to see you and give you a big hug.
I also feel really happy when I'm with my family.
Can you think of something that makes you feel happy?
What does your body feel like when you are happy?
How does your heart feel when you are happy?
Can you feel the feeling of happy right now?
Now let's imagine the big blue sky is above us.
And the big yellow sun is shining down on our heads.
Feel how warm the sun is on your head.
Can you feel the warm sun?
Now picture the warmth of the sun going down through the top of your head.
And over your nose and your cheeks and your chin and your shoulders.
The warm sun goes down your arms,
Through your fingers,
Over your legs and your knees.
And it flows all the way down to your toes.
Now take a deep breath in and let it out,
Feeling the warm sun in your whole body.
Now can you picture what it is you are going to do today?
Will you see any friends?
Will you go to school?
Will you see your family?
Picture all the things you are going to do in your day.
What would you like to do today?
Can you imagine what you will do?
How do you feel?
Can you keep the feeling of happy in your body when you picture your day?
Let's just take a minute and do that.
Now can you take that big heart of yours and think of every single person you are going to see today?
And you are going to sprinkle blue and yellow love from your heart onto them.
Sprinkle love on your family.
Sprinkle love on your friends,
On your teachers,
On your pets.
Now sprinkle the love on people you don't even know.
Take another deep breath in and I want you to stand really still with your hand on your heart and get ready.
Because I am sprinkling blue and yellow sparkles all over you now from all of us in the big yellow boot.
