Taking a couple of breaths in and out,
Landing in this moment,
Feeling your body relaxing,
Feeling your muscles releasing,
Breathing naturally,
And thinking about the sun,
Thinking about how you feel when you are near the beach,
Maybe in a field,
Just thinking about how the sun makes you feel.
Maybe you love the sun,
The warmth.
Maybe for you,
You prefer to stay out of the sun and just admire from a distance.
You're going to focus on the healing abilities of the sun and the light,
And you can think of yourself,
Or maybe someone who you know who could use some healing.
So I want you to picture this person,
Even if it's yourself,
I want you to picture you in the middle of this beautiful field of flowers,
And you can see the outline of the body of whoever it is that you're picturing,
Laying down in the middle of this field,
Just like a child,
Arms out,
Just flat out on the ground,
Looking up at the sky,
And this person is enjoying the sunshine,
It is not too hot,
It's just perfect,
And as you focus your energy on the person you see,
You begin to send healing,
Healing light,
Healing love,
At the same time that the sun is sending healing and loving light.
You may not know what you are healing in that person,
Or you may,
It doesn't matter.
All that matters is that you are sending healing,
Loving energy,
And intentions.
Feeling capable,
Feeling powerful,
And feeling full of integrity,
Selfless,
Pure intentions of love and healing,
That's it.
And as you continue to send this beautiful energy,
The person who is laying there looks more vibrant,
Maybe the color of their skin is a deeper,
Clearer color,
Maybe they look stronger,
More vibrant,
Perhaps you can see even a glow,
Just slightly above their body,
Surrounding them,
So you're going to send just a little bit more love,
Light,
And healing to this person.
And finishing up with a little boost,
You notice that this person seems to be revitalized,
Rejuvenated,
Just a little bit different.
If it's someone else,
You can picture yourself giving them a great big hug,
And if it's you,
I still want you to picture yourself giving that great big hug,
Taking a couple of breaths in and out,
Just feeling into your physical body once again,
Maybe noticing any external sounds,
Wiggling your fingers and toes a little bit,
And fully coming back into your body,
And taking a nice deep breath in,
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
