Settle in and get ready for the next few moments together.
It's time to relax,
Release,
And bring in positivity,
Love,
And healing.
Taking a breath in and exhaling.
Another breath in and a breath out,
Landing in this moment.
I want you to think of a time when your body felt so healthy and so strong.
Maybe it was earlier today.
Maybe it was about five years ago.
Maybe it was when you were a kid or a teenager.
If you've never felt healthy and strong,
I want you to think about what that would look like to feel that way.
Take a couple of moments to visualize that time.
Next,
I want you to think of a time when your mindset was right on,
Your emotional health was impeccable,
You felt confident,
Strong,
Unstoppable.
Take a moment to picture that.
Now,
I want you to think of a time when your entire soul felt lit up,
Excited to be alive and absolutely free.
What were you doing?
Who were you with?
Where were you?
Take a couple of moments to relive all of those feelings.
They may not have been at the same time,
But I want you to cycle through all three of those memories.
Keep replaying them in your head.
Now,
I want you to take a moment to think about your current life and your current status.
If there's something physically that may not be operating at 100%,
Perhaps there might be something within your mindset or your emotional health that you feel you could improve on.
Take a moment to identify which one of these you would like to focus on.
I want you to think about how good it would feel to release that feeling,
The pain,
The sickness,
Whatever it is that is hindering your life right now.
I want you to picture where in your body you feel it.
Even if it's something emotional,
You should be able to identify where in your body you feel that pain.
Take a moment,
Find that pain,
That sickness,
That discomfort.
Once you have the location identified,
I want you to take a moment to see if you can identify if there's an object inside your body.
Take a little tour.
Imagine you are floating around the inside of your body and you're right in that area that you've identified.
I want you to take a look around and see if there's an object there that is representing that pain,
That discomfort,
That illness.
Now,
As you locate this object,
I want you to take note of the color,
The shape,
The density.
If this object is moving,
If there are several objects or just the one object,
Take a moment to identify.
Once you have the object or objects in mind,
They may appear in the next couple of moments as we continue.
Don't worry if you haven't identified one yet.
Once you identify this object,
I want you to think of a way,
A creative way that you could make that object disappear.
So if perhaps it shows up as a bubble,
You could picture the bubble popping.
Maybe it's a cube and you can see a great big sweep of wind that just sweeps it away.
Perhaps another object just breaks down into teeny tiny particles and disintegrates.
Whatever way you identify with this object vanishing,
I want you to use the one that resonates the most with you.
So as you visualize whatever process that's going to be,
I would also like you to say within your own head that you are willing to let go of whatever this illness,
This disease,
This pain,
This emotional feeling,
Whatever this is that is causing you harm.
I want you to really decide if you are ready to let it go.
And if you are,
You simply say in your mind,
I am willing to let this go.
You can be specific and say what it is you are willing to let go of.
So as you envision the object and all the details of it,
As you envision the way in which it will disintegrate,
I want you to say another time in your head,
Or out loud if you want,
That you are willing to let go of that which is not serving your greatest and highest good.
So now as we picture this object,
I want you to picture a beautiful golden light.
This golden light is shining right into the area that you are focusing on.
See this golden light,
Feel the warmth,
Feel the healing.
You may feel a tingling sensation,
You may feel a prickly sensation in this area.
Just keep focusing on healing and releasing that which is not needed.
Focusing on healing this area,
This particular area,
This shape with these specific characteristics.
As you continue visualizing this area,
This yellow glowing light totally encompasses every part of the shape.
Gently warming,
Soothing,
And thanking this area for whatever reason it's been in your life.
Thanking it and letting it know that it has now served its purpose and it can now leave.
For a couple of moments,
I want you to think about any learnings that may have occurred as a result of this illness or emotional stress.
Think about something that you have improved upon as a result of this struggle.
Once again,
Thanking this ailment for being present in your life,
Sending gratitude for the lessons learned,
Sending love,
And requesting that anything that has been removed from your body or will be removed,
Letting it transmute into a healing energy that can be reused for anyone else who may need it.
Now,
As you look on,
If the object has not already vanished,
I want you to picture this shape,
This energy,
This object that is totally encircled by yellow light.
I want you to picture it completely dismantling.
Maybe it's fading away.
Maybe it's gently dripping away like drops of water.
Perhaps it pops and vanishes.
Maybe the shape changes,
Breaks apart,
And slowly disintegrates.
I want you to just watch,
Observe,
And trust how this is being removed from your body.
And now picturing this area that is now empty.
It is clear.
It is free.
All you can see is this glowing yellow light.
Taking a moment to see another color that has come in,
A color that represents healing,
Love,
Health,
Abundance.
Picture that color in the very space that is now open.
Maybe several colors.
Maybe it has glitter sparkling throughout.
Just take a moment to see the colors meshing in this space that is now ready to be filled with goodness.
You notice this glowing ball of yellow,
And whatever other colors you've chosen,
Light.
It is now expanding outside of your body and encompassing every part.
It's about two feet above your head,
Two feet below your feet,
And it extends two feet all around you.
Glowing,
Moving,
Thriving,
Healing,
Protecting,
Giving you power,
Love,
Fresh energy,
Pure healing light.
Take a moment to bask in it,
To feel it throughout every cell of your body.
And now I want you to picture yourself.
I want you to zoom out and look down like you are actually seeing your own body with this beautiful glowing light totally encircling you.
Look down,
Send some gratitude,
Some love.
Remember that you can tap into this visualization anytime you're feeling low,
Not feeling well,
Anytime that you just need a little extra love.
So you can visualize yourself settling back into your physical body.
You can move your head around a little bit,
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Maybe stretch your arms over your head,
And we're going to take a nice deep inhale and an exhale.
Feeling fully in our bodies,
Feeling fresh,
Clear,
Healthy,
Vibrant,
Full of vitality.
And when you're ready,
You can relax.
