Hi,

And welcome to your heart opening meditation.

Today our focus is to tap into our heart space.

Listen to what it has to say.

Begin by getting comfortable either in an upright position or lying down with your spine straight and your head,

Neck and shoulders relaxed.

Take a deep breath in and a deep exhale.

Do that again.

Deep breath in.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Start to tune in to the beat of your heart.

Notice its rhythm.

Can you hear the sound of your own heartbeat?

Notice the subtleties.

Notice the thoughts that may be running through your head.

Tune back into the heart space.

Allow yourself to go deeper.

Tuning in and seeing if you can listen to what your heart has to say.

Keep breathing.

Keep listening.

Notice the thoughts are coming into your mind.

What is it that your heart truly desires?

Keep breathing.

Keep listening.

A few more moments of quiet to listen.

The heart knows.

The heart is wise.

Allow it to speak.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Again,

Deep breath in.

Deep breath out.

Coming back into the space around you.

The support underneath you.

Place one hand or both over the heart honoring its wisdom.

One more breath in and exhale.

Slowly open your eyes.

You have completed your heart centering meditation.

Namaste.
